Got the Mexican burger thinking it would have flavor. Poor thing was sad and bland, almost no flavor or spice at all. I then tried to go sit in the seating area, but I failed to read the sign that said “no take out seating”. This chick working there told me rudely to not sit there, like there was no need to be rude (not even afternoon yet btw). Go somewhere else, unless you want overpriced burgers (fries come separate)

Oh boy Woody you should be ashamed with the product you are delivering especially at this price!. The waitress was very attentive and offered to remake my burnt burger but for me it wasn’t worth another try. I wish I would’ve taken pix imagine a patty similar in size to a McDonald’s kids burger yet burnt to a crisp on a bun with a tiny dollop of sauce. Sauce sides were small and cost $1.10 not even a good tasting ranch, disappointing won’t be back.

Not sure why this is rated so low. I’ve ordered from the takeout window twice now and the service was fast and food was great. The chicken sandwich and the fig burger were solid, and prices are reasonable for airport food.

Fries were great. Burger was great. Milkshake was average. They charge you for any sauce (like $2 for one). They were overwhelmed and things were getting messed up but I got my food after a decent wait. I’d go back if I was starving again. Thanks

I wish I could give this 5 stars but let me start with why I deducted a star.
We ordered a chicken strip kids meal for our youngest child. The chicken strips are a fried chicken breast cut up, which they told us. No biggie, as we’ve had similar at other restraunts and it tasted great. However, these chicken strips were burnt to a crisp and our ten year old couldn’t eat them. My husband noticed that the family at the table next to us had ordered chicken strips and they were burnt to a crisp, too. The kids meal doesn’t come with a dipping sauce other than ketchup. Dipping sauce costs extra so you can’t even dip it to disguise the burnt flavor. My husband ended up giving our child his hamburger and eating the burnt chicken himself, as he’s not one to waste food or money.
That being said, let me tell you what Lil Woody’s does right.
First, I ordered “The Trotter”. It was probably the best hamburger I’ve had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of hamburgers in my 47 years. AMAZING!! I didn’t notice the bacon or apple in it, but the carmelized onion and horseradish sauce were fantastic.
Second, we all loved the fries. We ordered a large basket to share with our family. It was very affordable and there were plenty for our family of 5. Everyone raved about the French fries.
Last, the server was kind, and attentive. We received our food quickly which when traveling at an airport is important.
In summary, I highly recommend Lil Woody’s as long as you don’t order the kids menu chicken strips.

My husband and I plus two others we traveled with ordered food from the kiosk, paid and then went to sit down after we realized this was the restaurant. We were immediately kicked out of the restaurant and not allowed to eat our food at a table. The waitress was very abrupt and the manager also was not kind at all about telling us we couldn’t eat there. I could understand if we had food from another restaurant that would be an appropriate response to keeping space for your paying customers. Based upon the previous reviews and it looks like this place needs an overhaul on food preparation and definitely retraining on customer service.

Believe the reviews. The reviews are not lies. I ordered the Lil Woody burger and fries. Burger came out cold. The patty looks like it was previously frozen and has the same quality as a McDonald’s burger patty. Fries tasted old. The only thing that saved the taste a bit was their chipotle mayo sauce, which was decent. I recommend going to one of the other restaurants nearby if you’re craving a burger. Not worth the airport prices for this.

Buttermilk Chicken Too Salty!!
I got the cap hill fried chicken sandwich $13.33 on a lettuce wrap with no mayo. Glad they had chicken as an option but it was way too salty!

Do not eat here. Chicken sandwich was half the size of the bun. 90% breading 10% chicken. Fries are 90% breading 10% potato. Fries do not have salt or flavor or any kind. Disgrace of a restaurant.

Alma the manager was not on duty. The receipt says Rhene John took my order. They told me I could not get a refund for my food. I ordered a plain burger but when it came out it had everything on it. I asked them to remake it and they took off the lettuce and tomato and gave me the same burger back with the tomato seeds all over the top bun. They refused to give me a refund and remade the burger a third time but I don’t believe that they didn’t mess it up again. I want a full refund. Disgusting place. Horrible workers and cook staff to even give me that.
