I’ve visited this location ordered my food and when I got to work the biscuit was old and burnt looking and bacon looked as it was dropped in grease. So I called the store and told them and the told me to bring back the food to replace it…which is cool but I told them I can’t be back up there until a couple days because I drive trucks and I will be out of town for a couple days, she replied no food she can’t replace order I think I’m done with this restaurant
I attempted to call the store more than seven times, but no one answered. Because of this, I drove to the location and arrived around 10:35 PM. The front of the store was not busy at all. While standing there, I called the store again to confirm whether the phones were working since I had called multiple times with no response. I watched the phone ring several times while no one answered.
I informed the elderly lady at the front that my items were missing from my Uber Eats order. She briefly looked in the back, grabbed a bag, tossed it on the counter, and turned around to tell her employee, “Y’all have to do better with these Uber Eats orders,” before continuing with what she was doing. There was no apology and no effort to ask how they could make the situation right.
This is not the first time I have had to return to the store to correct an order. The food is amazing, but the customer service is extremely disappointing. Reasonable price for what you get. I had chicken fillet sandwich, it was bit oily but not bad. Size may be small. I want to try chicken dinner next time. It looks a good deal.
