I’ve ordered here before in-person and four times on Doordash, never had issues in-person… However, the last THREE times I’ve made an order using their official app, since they have better deals and are significantly cheaper than their Doordash listings, have had missing items. Only once did I order here on Doordash, and nothing was wrong, though it was only 2 of the same pizzas. Not hard to mess up anyways.
Recently, I ordered a 9.99 Pretzel Crust Combo (Pretzel Crust Pizza + Crazy Bread Combo) and a 5.99 Detroit Style Combo (Deep Dish/Sticks, Crazy Sauce, and 20oz drink.) A $15 order that was $25 after delivery fees.
I did not receive the second Crazy Sauce NOR the 20oz drink. I’m very disappointed, and I’ll not be ordering from this location for a while, or I will only do it in person to ensure my order is all there.
I was already hesitant about ordering from this location considering the reviews, but my recent order kind of ticked me off. I have already received wrong orders from this location before, and this was the final straw. I’m tired of being understanding and paying for my order and not getting what I paid for, especially considering the ridiculous delivery fees. It sucks, because their food quality isn’t even bad at all, at least in my experience.
I tried contacting customer support off their app via calling, but it’s a long process and not worth it in my case. I’m sure if I was more petty or in a different financial position, it would be worth trying to get your money back.

I ordered 2 pizzas from here on 9-14-25. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza with extra cheese. After picking up my order I failed to check it until I got home and when I got home I seen I had received a sausage pizza and a Cheese pizza but no extra cheese. I am still giving them 4 stars because they were more than willing to get me 2 free pizzas for next time I stop there and they didn’t just turn me away when I called about it.

I am normally here picking up doordash orders but I do order here occasionally it’s the only one I order from besides the south Minnesota one on 85th. I love the staff At the 10th st. when i do go in whether it’s picking up a door dash order or an order I placed personal because I felt like pizza. they are really cool to talk to. Makes me miss working for little caesars. Great store over all.

Very disappointed. My husband and I stopped in tonight and ordered 2 pizzas and an order off crazy bread. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone asked us what our order was. We told them the name on our order. They got the order ready and handed it to us. One of the pizzas had somebody elses name on it and was not what we ordered. As I tried to grab a slice of pizza, the crust tore off. The crust was so thin that it destroyed the slice of pizza and is stuck to the box. I couldnt even pick it up and had to eat it with a fork. Called the store to inform them that we got the wrong pizza and waited on hold for 10 minutes before just hanging up. I understand they are short staffed, but these mistakes were avoidable.

Usually when you come to pizza places like little Ceasars normally pizza should be ready to go. Rather than waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for the orders. There’s was 5 people waiting for their order then 2 cheese pizzas come up and no one was here for them.
If the ones inq back are making pizzas or crazy bread for orders they should be working not talking and plqaying around in front of customers.
Pizza should never be burnt always have to check pizzas cause of burnt pizza. Need to have food ready when customers walk in
