I usually have a great experience at Chick-fil-A with its great service and food. Today’s review is to reflect an incident from today where I found an extra ingredient in my salad. It was a long black hair and as I pulled it out it was embedded into the salad as a whole and not something ‘just on top’.
I am absolutely disgusted and will need to take a break from this chain as a whole.

I ordered doorDash from this location and they did not cover up my food or my drink. I called and spoke to an associate and they told me I will have to send my complaint to DoorDash . Why would I have to complain to DoorDash about something that y’all did when that’s protocol when dealing with food delivery that yall are supposed to seal the drinks and food So to Push me off to DoorDash does not make sense . You should’ve took an accountability .

I visit this location often after notary appointments in the area. I love to order the Cobb salad without the bacon since I don’t eat pork. The lemonade & strawberry shakes are amazing. The staff is always exceptionally friendly! I went on my birthday & received a free dessert! I typically order in the app and pickup in the drive thru.

The kids at the register were nice and the food was ready quickly. It was my first time at Chick-fil-A. I expected it to be overpriced and underflavored, but it was decent. My only issue was overflowing trash cans, which looked neglected. It wasn’t the best last impression, but overall everything else was okay.

This is the second time something has been wrong with my order. I just spent almost $40 dollars I’m missing sauce that I asked for, I asked for no salt on the fries …there is salt on the fries. This location is starting to go downhill and it use the be the best. The Mac isn’t consistent anymore sometimes it’s undercooked. This location needs to get it together.

Just as you expect. Very good for fast food. Yea they have many ingredients that are not good for us but hey it’s a tasty treat. We have been coming here since it opened and has been consistent the whole time. I would highly recommend this location.

Came here with Tours with google maps and apps and boy were we excited! The ambiance was great with fresh flowers on the tables for a perfect dinning experience even in fast food…. Looking at the store to the staff and the Manager Vanessa was fantastic to get in to the details with her about her shift as we saw it and good experience we had. Wow .. we also got turned on to a Peach Milkshake and let me tell you. I ate it with a spoon it was so lip smacking ! Thank for a great visit see you again Homewood…. We missed breakfast by 3 minutes (ends at 10:30) but no regrets bc the fries were perfect level of saltiness crispiness and potatoey. We dined inside and staff brought us food to our table timely. Condiments and other amenities (wet wipes, jams, and ketchup packets) well stocked.
Really clean inside restaurant with professional staff. Seems like they have some offices here?? Flowers on each table, fun cow art to encourage more chicken consumption. A nice pit stop to start our road trip.

I’ve never had a bad experience with chick fil A. But today they wasn’t good. Ordered a chicken strip meal they wasn’t fresh and one wasn’t edible. I’m going to give this location another try but not too soon! The picture makes it look lighter but in person it was crisp hard
