I love coming to this chic fil a! Workers are always so kind and friendly. I came by today for only an order of fries and went through the drive through and the girl taking my order was so sweet. Even the guy giving me my order was amazing. Being served by people who don’t look like they hate their job and are miserable makes such a difference. I can only recommend stopping by here.

It’s chik-fil-a. The food here has never been low quality, always warm, decent portions, and good friendly employees as you’d expect from a good chik-fil-a. The only thing holding this location from 5 stars is they regularly get my orders wrong. So I have started checking my bags before I leave. The reason this isn’t more of an issue is they are always very swift, polite and helpful when correcting my order.

Ordered a Grill Club with Pepper Jack Cheese on a normal bun no lettuce no tomato yet I just got chicken and bread. If the order was a bit complicated then I would have just ordered a normal Chick-fil-A sandwich. I ordered one as a backup in case it got messed up. I know it’s hard for people in the back to do multiple things and same goes for the people in the front. But I think at least checking the food before you service it could have been done. Everything else in the order was perfectly fine but the sandwich I ordered was the only main issue.

Fresh flowers on the tables !
A lovely and fresh surprise, that the flowers are real
Don’t recommend this place at 6 pmmon a Friday; it was very busy and the server removed the sign from our table after she brought part of the order, so that the wait was even longer.
However the staff are consistently friendly. (They also seem to be consistently young and white, so I am guessing that they have quite limited or biased hiring policies.)
The stars are for the fresh flowers and the friendliness. The chicken is chicken; way better than KFC, but still fast food, so.)

I would give this CFA less than one star if I could. Their operations team doesn’t know anything, they ruin things cross contaminate things thing give you a free small hash brown. The managers can’t decide if you can use the free sand which card in the drive through, if gift cards or merchandise can be sold. 0/10

Just a really really bad chicken biscuit… you have to have some type of quality control in place to avoid this tiny piece of chicken and biscuit being served to customers as a “meal”. One of the smallest I have ever seen and very disappointed…

I had a good experience here from beginning to end. It was just me and my 11 month old baby as soon as I walked in miss Lieoma welcome us and helped us to get a highchair for my baby and took care of all of our needs while we were in the dining room, including refills and clearing our table and getting sauces. Her timing was impeccable. It was never too much or overbearing. She was so kind and so helpful and so cheerful it made my day! The lady at the register was also very amazing! Super helpful and super kind as well.
The only complaint that I have is that the what appeared to be the manager wearing a blue shirt almost ran into me a couple of times Because he was zipping around so much and the playground area could use a good clean inside the tunnels Or maybe even an update it’s been the same for a long, long time.
This would not stop me from revisiting this Chick-fil-A again, though in the very near future!

I just went through the drive-through to get a quick lunch and for what it’s worth I’m not even usually like one of those Chick-fil-A feenes but after my experience today, this store is going to be my go to place for lunch. Ariana took my order in the drive-through and when I tell you she made my entire week, I am not exaggerating. That girl is precious, fantastic at her job, and bottom line she deserves a raise. Fast food can be brutal, I get that, one of my fist jobs was fast food. Ariana is the sole
purpose of this review. It’s hard to find people that genuinely enjoy their job and seem like they’re happy to be there like that young lady. I hope you promote her at your first opportunity. I will be back because of her. I let the shift manager know but as far as I’m concerned you should tell corporate as well!!! Thank you Ariana for serving me today!

This is by far the least consistent Chick-fil-a around. The amount of times they get the whole order correct is way less than the times they get it wrong. There can be one car ahead of you in mobile thru and the entire 15 car drive thru will clear out while you wait. I just waited more that 10 minutes in curbside for two teas with lite ice. I had to call the store for them to even bring them out and I got warm ones with no ice. I’ll drive to a different one to avoid this location in the future.
