My wife, daughter, and I went for dinner. Went a bit early so we could beat the rush. Believe it was a Thursday as well. We got seated at a nice big round table. Ordered some appetizers. Our waiter Kevin was very knowledgeable. He offered some ideas as to what’s good on the menu. He was very patient and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and server! Thanks Kevin!

Even on a busy day, like Father’s Day, the service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive. We used the online “wait-list”, so we were seated shortly after we arrived.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the men’s room.
The restaurant was pretty empty… See the pictures.
We ordered ribeye Medium rare and coconut shrimp.
As you can see, the steak was a bit too rare.
The attentive waiter and manager took care of us.

We went here for a birthday. Our server, Fred, was awesome! He was attentive and polite. The food arrived in a timely manner. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the lobster was flavorful and 10 times better then Red Lobster. We’ll be back!

The tables all needed to be wiped down,unfortunately, crumbs on all of them and the seats. Their chicken tortilla soup is not the typical, it is more unique. They tend to cook their steaks spot on but todays sirloin was a bit overdone and tougher than usual. We were able to switch tables to a more remote location to avoid a sick family that was coughing while we were there. Hopefully we moved before inhaling their germs. When we want a steak that’s cooked right, this is where we head to. Our server was very attentive, but not overly so. She did a great job fulfilling our needs. Tip: Go very early to avoid lines and excessive wait times.

Decided to try outback steakhouse’s curbside takeaway. While it isn’t contactless it comes very close. Ordered in advance, got the cost of the meal so I could determine how much to tip. It required 2 contacts because the cook was a bit slow. This happens at lots of restaurants, the question is how they deal with it. The server apologized and gave us a nice slice of cheesecake to make amends!

The pictures don’t do this justice, but our meal was good, our waiter was fabulous, and the atmosphere of this restaurant was perfect tonight! Not too noisy like other steak or road house restaurants. Great safety measures in place also. Thanks Outback, for an overall great evening out for dinner!

decided to try to have a nice dinner with my gf for valintines day since i was slackin for the day a little bit. ordered the meal online. when i went to go pick it up the server was pretty quick and accurate with whom i was. got the food reasonably fast. got home and realized there was no lobster tail. well we ordered 2 8oz filet minons 1 with a tail to share. so that was rather frustrating. so i call, the guy who answered told me all the managers where to busy at the moment. so he took down my info, address and all and said a manager will call me back that night. no call. so i call in the morning and spoke with a manager. i forget his name. he said hes sorry and he would send out gift cards to make me feel like my money wasnt wasted. but either way i paid for the tail and never got it. but i have yet to recieve the cards yet so i will update the review upon recieving the cards. and vise versa.
** outback has made up for their mistake! did amazing today! completely fixed the mistakes from valintines day. Mason the gm made sure our experience was amazing**

Saturday at 4:30 the four of us were told that there was a 25-30 minute wait. The host said they were clearing tables as quickly as they could, but I looked around to find SEVENTEEN clean tables!!! The waiting area continued to fill up and we waited a full THIRTY minutes! This is a sign of terrible management not anticipating weekend business in a very busy area…learn to staff accordingly! Luckily, once seated our server was awesome (I didn’t catch his name) and our food came out promptly. Unfortunately for them, it was an uphill battle. Don’t lie to your patrons about why they are not being seated and learn to staff your restaurant.
