So when going to the bryce grill , don’t go there with the intentions that this is a grill, at best , it is a snack bar. When I heard Bryce resort was going to have a grill. I thought it was going to be a golf themed sports bar with pulled pork BBQ, ribs, beer, and mabey a TV to watch some golf (since it is a golf resort). When I entered the building the atmosphere was very empty and dead. No menu on the wall, no TV, no music and the benches look like school cafeteria tables. The service was nice and friendly. The only thing I could say about the service was there was no table or ticket number so the server had to keep yelling “who ordered the chicken or burger?” Not very professional to ask the guest to remember everyone’s meals.(created a little chaos). The food was underwhelming. The chicken sandwich looked like a microwaved chicken patty that you buy from a supermarket but the BLT was pretty decent “I just wish they didn’t cut it into 4 tiny squares”. The fries were cut really thick and were unsalted and the only toppings for the hot dogs were packets of ketchup or mustard! No onions, no peppers, no chili and no cheese. The Community store (the gas station) had better quality food then this place! The point of going out to eat is to make something you couldn’t make at home your self. Alot of this food felt like I could have made it at home. It wasn’t terrible but it’s not worth driving all the way out there. Personally I’ll stick to the copper kettle.

This isn’t really a “grill”. This is a cafeteria or snack bar with low quality food at an upscale resort price, and this is not an upscale restaurant. Very limited menu, but kind workers. For a building that was “recently built”, it is not handicap accessible… I’m not sure how this building would ever pass inspection.
