CASH ONLY!
I tried their steak burrito which had some super chewy steak.
Despite that, the flavors were great.
The chipotle sauce was spicy and great and I was so happy they put two in the bag instead of one.
The steak burrito alone costed $11, which I feel is good for the size.
I really like that they seal the burrito on the griddle.
I’d try another burrito but I’ll avoid the steak for sure. My jaw is still hurting for chewing.

This Mexican food from the truck is delicious and authentic. Most of my friends are from Mexico and so I’ve had my fair share of home cooked meals and I must say I am so happy I found this spot about 15 mins from my home. You can dine in or pick up. They have plenty of toppings and sauces to choose from and the prices are reasonable. 10/10 would recommend. I always feel happy and full after eating from there.

I have heard about this place for awhile now but never had the opportunity to go there until today. I am happy I did! The food was amazing. So fresh and flavorful. Prices were great. The total for everything we ordered was 48.00 It’s clean. The food smells tantalizing. Many options to dine inside or outside. Plenty of parking. If you are looking for good authentic Mexican food here is the place to go.

This place has literally taken Connecticut by storm. I come all the way from New York to Los Garcia’s Mexican Fusion because it is worth it every single time. I’m from the Bronx and I know a good food truck when I see one, and this is hands down one of the best! Trust me when I say that! Go see for yourself.

Seriously disappointed, went there Saturday night been working all day order a flautas ,rice and bean burrito ,lady taking my order asked chicken burrito? I said no rice bean and cheese burrito please she said $17 I said ok let me grab my cash I come back with a $20 and I say add a jarritos she said 20 even perfect ok so I stand there for an hour my buzzer goes off and the pick up counter lady says ok you had flautas a side of rice and side of beans I say no I had rice and bean burrito not a side of rice and side of beans and she says oh she didn’t charge you for a burrito but give us a few minutes I wait another 10 minutes and I grab my bag and ask where my drink is? She said what drink? I almost lost my patience at this point I simply said let’s ask the lady that took my money and didn’t give me a receipt only a stupid buzzer, they need to improve their communication between staff and customers also why do they only take cash? Their prices are pretty high to not have a credit / debit processing fee not already incorporated . Got my food flautas were cold ,very disappointed at least tell people hey it’s gonna be 45/ 1 hour I could’ve sat in my car and not in the cold

I’ve been coming to Los Garcia Mexican Fusion since they first opened when I still lived in Waterbury, and the food has never disappointed. Everything on the menu is packed with flavor and always fresh — from the tacos and quesadillas to the burrito bowls and their great selection of sauces. You really can’t go wrong with anything here. The food and service make this place one of the best around. Just remember, it’s cash only! Always worth the trip back to Waterbury!
