Just don’t go it is McDonald’s. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. I told them I needed my food fresh twice and it didn’t matter because they’re still gonna make it cold. They slow and don’t gaf. To be honest, I don’t even know why I went because I already thought I had made up in my mind that I wasn’t gonna go back there. Mr. Burger is right next door and I still went to McDonald’s for some reason. Smfh

If I could give this location a negative 5 Stars, I would. Kiosk orders, you grab a tent. They still won’t walk it to the table. They won’t give a refill on a pop, yet every other mcdonalds around it have pop machines for customer to get their own refil. Always screw up orders and rude employees.

It’s takes alot to leave a review. But id def like to bring managements awareness to how rude the elderly lady who works nights in drive thru are. I pray she isn’t a manager in there making those young peoples lives hell. Its not an isolated event after the last interaction I came back a week later same experience and I vocalized at the next window how rude she is. To top it off my food tasted like it had been cooked this morning and it is 10 pm . Yall are located near tons of factories and distribution centers with hundred of employees youd think youd want to keep customers coming back

Just left and it was a horrible experience. Staff is extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of replacing old nuggets that were given and politely asked to be replaced, the staff said “they are fresh”closed window and began talking disrespectfully about me. I heard every word! I came inside for the fresh 6pc and a worker tried to approach me aggressively multiple times because I asked for a refund. Mind u i asked over 6 times for a refund after asking for a fresh 6pc 4x!. Do NOT spend your money here! These employees are beyond disrespectful and have zero home training or respect for anyone! Truly ridiculous behavior for “adults”.

Just used my mobile app and somehow the employees couldn’t find it and I kept showing them the order, they didn’t even know what address they were until I told them, they made me come inside just to tell me there was nothing they could do and they all just stayed in their kindergarten huddle and giggled. I left with no food and a-$19.56 bill on my credit card. DO NOT GO HERE! I see on the reviews this happens a lot so they are more than likely stealing the money for themselves and pretending it’s the mobile app. McDonald’s headquarters better step in and fast.

I frequently go to this location and always get the worst service. Went this morning and in the middle of ordering was told to wait a moment just to be forgotten and never spoken to again. Went to the window for them to tell me they don’t have an order for me. Paid and went to the second window to be accused of not paying after almost being given the wrong food twice. The employees are rude and unprofessional.

We ordered 2 burgers without a bun, we were given not only the wrong burgers but they put them both in the same container. They were for 2 separate people. To cheap to give 2 boxes for 2 burgers, didnt get the order correct and will make you pull over even though no one is in line as if to give the illusion the jobs are being done quickly and correctly. Go somewhere else.

For starters, everytime I’ve been to this location, their system is always conveniently down if you’re trying to use your App. They always have you pull ahead when going through the drive through and you have to wait for them to bring your order out. Then, half the time you don’t even notice until you’re long gong that they didn’t even give you what you ordered. Complete waste of time going this location, my suggestion is go to a different McDonald’s.

Apparently asking for extra pickles now mean 1 singular pickle on my cheeseburgers. And instead of adding extra ketchup like I asked to they just threw packets in our bag. Our large fries were not even filled up all the way. Plus they have terrible management

I just love excellent customer service, service with a smile is extremely hard to find these days. Those guys that made my caramel latte, need a raise simply because it was almost closing time and they were cheerful!
