Prices are too high.
I got a single burger. The patty is very thin but it’s bigger than the bun so I was able to break it up to make it easier to eat. It tasted pretty decent. The single order of fries is almost $4! You get more than an old McDonald’s supersize fry! I don’t want that many fries, especially for that price. A 12oz cup for soda was almost $3! The prices are kinda high for what they offer.

Grossburger is easily one of the best food spots around! I always go for the double mozzarella burger with fries and a drink, and it’s consistently amazing. The burger is juicy, flavorful, and stacked with perfectly melted mozzarella that makes every bite better than the last.
What really sets them apart is the value — it’s usually under $12 per person, and the meal *comes with a whole bag of fries*. Not just a small handful either — You definitely get your money’s worth.
If you’re into shakes, don’t skip them. They’re thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious — the perfect sweet finish to an already great meal.

Gross’ Burger was grossly misnomered. My food was so so so delicious. I make smash burgers at home and … That felt like a home cooked meal elevated to another level. The freshness of the meat you can taste in every bite. My milkshake was so good I wish I purchased the larger size. It was over far to soon.
The team of young people on staff were great. They were all positive, hard at work. Even when there was no customers to serve they busied themselves with cleaning and prep tasks. They were making sure the shop was ready for the rush that would come for dinner. I was in the restaurant 9/3. So please give the team that was working from 3:30-4:00pm my highest praise . They were not even distracted by their peers who were occupying a corner table for a very long time slowly eating fries. That impressed me greatly. Way to go! Good job. This group of young people will go far if they stay focus.

This place I love. We haven’t been here since before covid. The Gross Frys awesome. The pizza double burger oh heaven with a very nice cheese pull. Yummy The staff were so polite and talkative with the coworkers, it warmed my heart hearing the polite n courtesy voices. Store very clean. Oh and let’s Talk about the cherry Pepsi, wow, fresh n cold.. Thank you to the staff again very nice to come back again.

Nice little hamburger joint. Looks like Gross Was a marine. Last taking order was very nice and patient. We ordered two doubles and a single and two fries. We got a huge stack of fresh fries that were great. The hamburgers were freshly grilled, hot and good. Nice fast food.

Super clean establishment, friendly, prompt/courteous staff and now the food….
I’ve heard of this place for years just never got the chance to try while in Danville area. Burgers are phenomenal. Fresh tasting meat, huge portion sizes and they get served hot. One order of fries is more than enough for 2 people; also served made to order/ no soggy fries. Try the shakes; they’re also amazing. Will go again.

Busy on Saturday but they kept the food moving. As usual had the American special with a shake. Wife had a single Bacon cheese burger and fries with a shake. Yep we’ll worth the hour and a half drive. One of our favorite places. Used to come over once a quarter with a bunch of Marines and somedays when I was out here for work introducing the younger guys to the place.

The burgers are great, and the service is good. No frills type of establishment, which is a nod to the burger joints of yesteryear as well as their Marine Corps heritage. The Gross Family has a strong lineage of Marines and that’s definitely something they’re both proud of and believe in strongly.
