We ate at the restaurant. Food and installations were very good. We ordered through the screens they have inside. The place was clean and there was someone outside cleaning.

We ordered food with the mobile app at 11pm and online it says this location closes at 12am. When we pulled up to the drive through no one spoke to us, after about 5 minutes we called the store and they said they decided to close early and everything was shut off. But U already paid for my food but they refused to serve us? They told me they cant do anything about it. When we drove around we could see im the window that stuff was still all on and they were on their phones talking and laughing. I want my money back dont steal it

It took them 40 minutes to complete my order through the app (I had to leave after 20 minutes). A fully staffed kitchen with no management. Absolutely no interest in helping the fuming customers standing in front of the counter. No sense of urgency. I witnessed a worker at the counter tell an angry mother looking for her order say, “That’s not my job, you need to talk to the guy in the hat”. The guy in the hat was all the way in the back and looked to be under the influence. It’s amazing that this place is still able to “operate”. Do yourself a favor and go to the many other restaurants in town. Applebee’s is faster and cheaper. After reaching out to corporate for a refund several times, I have heard nothing from management. Culver’s it is!

I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Bemidji. I used curbside delivery with a mobile order and still waited over 10 minutes for a single McChicken sandwich. When it was finally brought out, the staff member looked irritated and clearly didn’t want to be there. The sandwich itself had a smashed bun and just looked thrown together, like no one cared at all.

The prices have gone up over the years, but the quality hasn’t. There’s no real dollar menu anymore it’s just overpriced items and “deals” that only give you a discount if you buy two. Bring back actual dollar menu items that cost a dollar.

The one positive is that they have public restrooms, which is useful if you’re just passing through. But honestly, unless you need a bathroom break, I’d skip this location. The service is bad, the food is overpriced, and the experience doesn’t reflect what McDonald’s used to be.

Ordered through the app and used curbside delivery. After waiting 25 minutes, I went inside to check my order status. I was surprised to see approximately 7-8 customers standing around also waiting on their food while 4 of the employees just stood in the back chit chatting. (There are about 7 other people working) After another 5 minutes or so, I was finally able to grab the attention of a young kid to ask him if he knew where my order was. He proceeded to go ask the guy in a red McDonald’s graphic tee (I can only assume he was a shift lead) who responded sarcastically with “Order numbers don’t mean anything to us, I don’t know”. The sweet kid came back to look closer at what I ordered, tells the other guy it was nuggets. He then proceeds to grab a random box of nuggets that were sitting in what appeared to be a “mess up” pile and hands them to the counter kid who throws them in a bag. I politely requested nuggets that hadn’t been sitting there for who knows how long. Counter kid then relays this to the “shift lead” – the response he received was disappointing to say the least- he says “I would have told her it’s going to be another ten minutes” and laughs. Mind you- I watched them put two full trays of nuggets away in the warmer about 5 min or so, prior to this. Poor counter kid, who clearly isn’t any position to say otherwise, stands there for a minute contemplating what to do. Reluctantly, he comes back over to tell me it’s going to be another little bit of a wait. Obviously I tell him to forget about it and I walk out. After spending about 10-15 min inside I walk out to a worker standing next to my car- he looks lost. I apologize to him, that I was inside looking for clarity to my order. Zero leadership happening at this location, we can’t expect our youth to care, when their leaders aren’t caring either. These kids are clearly looking for direction and leadership- the lack of these two very important things are resulting in all around failure- from employee morale to customer satisfaction. At least my Dr. Pepper was crispy- this is something that is always accurate without fail.

How in the world do you manage to mess up 2 hamburgers. Both came with cheese, almost no ketchup or mustard, and one pickle each. The amount of times I’ve seen this here it’s ridiculous especially for how overpriced it is. Not to mention they came barely warm.

I waited 10 minutes for a simple meal, no special requests. When I went up and asked why it was taking so long I was told they were short staffed. I counted 6 employees in the back. The young man said it would be ready in another 5-10 minutes! It was 2 pm so there was no lunch rush. Worst of all was the fact that I was given a regular Coke instead of a Diet Coke. I’m a Type 1 diabetic and I got very sick because my blood sugar went over 500.

Came for the drive through after my fiancé was working a 24 hour shift… no one was there or at least they weren’t paying attention. It says 24 hour drive through. Adjust hours if this is not the case

Food is almost always older than it should be when I get it customer service sucks no sense of urgency food safety practices suck I see people scratch their bodies and than go right back to touching the food nobody uses tongs always their hands cross contamination is crazy the management shows up in whatever they want to wear instead of their uniforms makes it seem like they are not a team and unprofessional I have waited unsure amounts of time in drive through and lobby in lobby I have waited as long as 20 for 3 fountain drinks this place either needs new management that gives a crap or all new employees

i get the same thing every time i go, and every time i’m given the exact opposite. i always order a bacon quarter pounder, no pickle/mustard/ketchup. i pay extra specifically for the bacon. and just about every time, without fail, i get a plain quarter pounder (no bacon), with no onion and tons of ketchup, mustard, and pickles. just about every time. support does nothing no matter how many emails etc i send. i know its just mcdonald’s but when this has happened 5, 10 times, it gets really old.

attached is a pic of my “bacon quarter pounder with no mustard, ketchup, or pickles”
