Reviews
True to our heritage, we arrived with characteristic Swiss precision, clocking in exactly for our reservation. Faced with an enticing yet daunting menu, we placed our trust in the exemplary staff. Their proactive guidance was invaluable, steering us confidently towards the aptly named ‘Set for Success’—a wager that paid off handsomely.
To call it an ‘excellent choice’ would be an understatement; it was a gastronomic triumph. The visual presentation was nothing short of artistry—just glance at the photos to see the vibrant colours and textures—but the flavours were even more spectacular. The portion sizes were lavish, providing a feast that was more than ample for us as a couple.
However, there is one caveat to this otherwise flawless experience: the auditory environment. The venue is undeniably boisterous, with pulsating beats and the escalating roar of overlapping conversations creating a rather cacophonous atmosphere. It is hardly the acoustic setting for whispered sweet nothings or an intimate courtship.
Yet, for the sheer quality of the cuisine? We would endure the noise again in a heartbeat. Absolutely worth it!
Not only the ‘standard’ rolls like salmon, tuna and shrimp but also one with wagyu and black cod. Perfect … I have never had western sushi this good. Also the sticks (I ordered the Gyu Katzu, Momo Namnan, Iberico Secreto and Aka Ebi) were so tasteful. It was located in the middle of SoHo, the service was very good and the atmosphere too. It was not the cheapest sushi but cheap sushi is – most of the time – not the best. I say this is worth the money.
I will be back when visiting London.
We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff still managed to find us a table for 1 hour and 15 minutes, which we really appreciated. The restaurant was completely full on a Saturday evening, yet everything felt well organized. Our waiter was friendly , and the sushi was delicious. Definitely an interesting place worth visiting.

We felt ‘invisible’, as no one came to ask us if we wanted to order anything else or even the bill, for at least thirty minutes after we finished eating.
Not a great experience.
