After going to see the Cleveland Charge play @ Kpop night we went to take advantage of Applebee’s half for price appetizers. The food was amazing, our server Jasmine was excellent and fun (ask for her if you go). It was the perfect ending to our girls night out.

Yesterday I decided to stop by for lunch and took a seat at the bar, and I ended up having a really great experience! The bartender was very kind and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. What impressed me even more was how friendly everyone else was too — the other servers and even the manager were all warm and approachable. It created a really positive and relaxed atmosphere.
One of the coolest moments was when the cook actually came out from the kitchen and personally brought me a fresh breadstick to go with my entrée. That was such a nice and unexpected gesture! And honestly, it was probably the best breadstick I’ve ever had at a restaurant — fresh, warm, and incredibly tasty.
Little details like that really make a place stand out. Great service, friendly staff, and delicious food made the whole visit memorable. I’ll definitely be happy to come back again!

When we walked in and were asked for a table or booth, we said table. The girl took us to a booth. When we asked if we could sit at a table she took us to a high table/ booth in which my husband was unable to climb up on. Again we asked if we could sit at a normal table to which she replied no due to table rotation. So we went back to the booth. We received our drinks and appetizer in a timely fashion. It took over 45 minutes for our meal to come out and when it did they had all 3 of our plates mixed up. I received my Mac and cheese and garlic butter for my steak by the time I was done eating. We were there around 9 pm and the whole time we were there, this little girl kept running in and out of the kitchen, and up and down the high booth area. I give props to our waitress Nikki, she noticed the mistakes and apologized for the inconvenience.

Just enjoyed a great meal with my family at Applebee’s and I’ve got to say, the experience was spot on. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive, and the whole vibe of the place was surprisingly chill—especially for being at Steelyard. The food came out fresh and tasty, and we all left happy and full. Definitely one of those outings where everything just felt right. I’ll for sure be coming back again—highly satisfied! ✅

This Applebee’s is located in the Steelyard. It is clean and the staff is welcoming. My friend and I went in and were given a 35 minute wait period & were called when a table was ready. For the most part we were all a safe distance apart & masks were worn when not eating (Covid-19 pandemic). The food was served fast & tasted good. I will definitely go back again.

If I could give you guys a zero I would unfortunately I placed my order through DoorDash for the whole Order to be messed up
I asked for certain things not to be on my food due to your allergies and still receive everything that I didn’t ask for I pay for extra sauce and different cheese and even though it may sound a little petty, I paid a pretty penny not to be able to eat nothing that was delivered…. I’ve worked in fast food so I know it can get pretty hectic from time to time, but for the whole order to be Incorrect with Multiple items is insane. It is not OK to give somebody what you want Them to have When they’re paying good money And paying for delivery You guys are Are the worst Applebee’s in Cleveland And when I mean, the worst, you guys are the worst the most horrible Applebee’s I’ve ever ordered from!!!!

Got 1/2 price appetizers during Happy Hour. Definitely love the Wonton Tacos. Son got the Sampler appetizer. All great! Definitely recommend esp if you want to save a few bucks.
