It’s hit or miss at this location. The normal staff has been consistent lately. However the young man I saw tonight, it was my first time seeing him there, and he definitely did not look like he wanted to be there, lol. It was pretty busy, but wanted to note the Shamrock Shake is back for a limited time, and I certainly wanted to get one before they’re gone from the menu. Unfortunately the shake machine looks to have had another failure and as a result, I ended up with a vanilla, and chocolate shake with thin stripes of Shamrock mint added for taste. This location is my go-to, and I will certainly return in the future, but I was really looking forward to that Shamrock shake I have no doubt that young man was having a rough night and will certainly do better with more experience in the future. I know it’s a gamble when ordering shakes, and unfortunately I lost this battle, yet I will test my luck again next time, in the hopes of yet getting the shamrock shake of sweet mintiness to smooth down the salty delicious fries and burgers.

Just a warning to be careful when you order directly from the drive thru and don’t be scared to ask questions! It’s crazy how every single time I use a gift card (can’t use them in the app anymore because McDonald’s is dumb) my total ends up being DOUBLE what it would have been in the app. It’s so bad that if I am ordering in person I put everything in my cart on the app to confront them with later. This time they put a bunch of extra sandwiches on that I didn’t order! It would help if they showed the order on the screen or read it back to you for accuracy, but I’m sure that would take actual effort. I do not give them any money until I know I am only being charged for what I ordered! This has happened at multiple locations now.

15 minutes in line for a spicy chicken meal!? And the lettuce is rotten?! The car infront of me was an employee, they sat in the drive thru talking with friends and holding up the line. Where is management!?!

Staffs rude! Have ordered here a couple times now and each time we’re missing a item or even a part of it. This location Definitely needs a better management team . Night time it’s run by kids constantly on their phones or waiting outside.

Won’t come back to this McDonald’s , Raul wants to say he can only give 2 sauces for a 10 nuggets 2 large fries and a quarter pounder.. the rest he would charge us for after already spending 25 dollars for both our meals . Wants to charge for sauce but doesn’t even give napkins in the bag either . Rude unprofessional and just a rip off. Go to any other McDonald’s people because they don’t charge for sauces!!!

Be careful I came to pick up my order and they gave us the wrong order so we went back in the drive-through to get the correct order and they were willing to get the food that was already touched by us back through the window. They probably gave it to the people that ordered a big Mac next Health violation They claimed the manager so that they have to get it back

I get to the drive through and the girl tells me to wait two cars go ahead of me!!! Then the girl gets back on and asks me to repeat my order 3 times…….get to the winco to get my food they guy parks me I wait a few minutes, I get home and my order is completely wrong after I told here THREE TIMES!!!! Last time I got food from here my lettuce was rotten it smelled so bad I gagged and through it out…. I’ve worked the fast food industry and this location really needs attention from corporate or something this is ridiculous!!!!!!!
