We didnt get our order till 25 minutes later. Fast food is fast food. Three cars waiting for their food and we have to deal with a rude employee named Vincent. When we voiced our concern management even said they thought he might be intoxicated or something. We got our refund and left.

I gotta ask… why the heck is it whenever I order from you in Billings, MT, my cheese is literally NEVER melted to my patty and ALWAYS half cold still?! LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME FROM BK AND BK ONLY!!! Do you have any idea how disgusting it is to bite into something expecting warm, cheesy, gooey goodness, only to bite into lukewarm meat with cold cheese?! Went through the drive thru about 30mins before closing. Ordered a meal, food was fresh and hot. Customer service was punctual and very polite. Also food was prepared quickly.

My food was wrong and not hot. When I went in the cook was on her cell phone while she was making food. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for my food. The person that was before me was still waiting for their food when I left. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

My onion rings weren’t even cooked all the way they were soft my spicy cheese fries were hard as a rock. The cheese wasn’t even soft so those had been sitting all day. I’m sure and my icy wasn’t even fully mixed. Totally disappointed!

Very nice Burger King. Clean and bright. Food is as expected. Service is another story. When you arrive you will not be greeted until they are ready to help you. The wait is long, but still nothing. Just stand and wait, eventually they will acknowledge you.

The first time I was disappointed with their service. Burger, fries and 3 lemonade drinks took about 30 minutes. The lady made the lemonade drink about 15 minutes after order was placed. And she took her sweet time looking for the pitcher and making the drink. I expected the lemonade to be ready when they open. I would undersrand the delay if the lemonade was freshly squeezed but it’s not. It’s a ready made Minute Made variety. Such a disappointment.

I understand that the more people you serve the more money you make but giving out old fries and old chicken nuggets is sad my fries were cold before I left the Drive thru. The chicken nuggets were cold. HELLO PEOPLE WHO WORK AT BURGER KING…… french fries are only good for 7 minutes after they are cooked…..7…..not hours. Maybe your cook needs to take a food handlers class. I’m just saying . I will never go here again. For those of you who do still go….ask for your fries with out salt. That’s what my food looked like right out of the drive thru.

You can never get a whopper in the morning even though it says you can get them all day. This location is terrible. I ordered a whopper at 950 and they let me sit in the dinning room for 10 minutes then they came our and told me they couldn’t give me a burger because they forgot to turn on the broiler. This is their excuse every time.
