alr so i got my chicken sandwich and tell me why they had the mexican blend cheese just sprinkled all over it not even melted down, bacon was cold, bread was cold too like what and then i look for the avocados..and its UNDER THE WHOLE SANDWICH sitting on the plate like what thats so weird how they gonna do me like that.

Came to eat in after work and to my surprise the food was soooo good. And our hostess/ server as so kind! If more places had good customer service representative who cared about the experience like her we’d all be going out to eat more! This place should recognize her as a good employee cause they’re rare nowadays!

Pancakes were horrible. They were burned and taste like a dirty grill. Old york Road location is the worst. This my second time trying them and again nasty and burned pancakes. Disappointed again.

Didn’t have to wait too long. Very welcoming. Whoever’s on the aux needs a raise. Samir is my goat, he made sure I got food 🙂 I haven’t been to IHOP in about ten years. Pleasantly surprised.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon around 1.30 pm. It was really busy. We had to wait around 30min for our turn. I would suggest to give them a call to check the wait time. Perhaps you can reserve on call but I am not 100% sure about that. They have on-site parking. The food was really good and so does the services. Right now they are offering happy hours from 2 to 10pm everyday for 6 dollars only which seems to be very good deal. There are separators between every seats. Also the cleaning protocol seems to be very good. I am saying that since I saw the cleaning person to clean a seat in front of me as the guest left. Overall I will highly recommend this place.

I was there on a cold day, when the heat was not adequate. Dawn, the hostess, informed us of this, at the front door . The entire staff were very friendly. Cashmere, manager, made the visit enjoyable. She was professional and polite. That’s a real plus! I plan to revisit.

Took family here on a cold morning. They were shocked how run down and dirty it was compared to their home IHOP. Seated promptly but the place was freezing. Everything kept their parkas on. Turns out the heat is “broken.” After waiting 10 minutes with no service, decided to bail and go to a diner that has heat and offers coffee one minute after seated.
Please put this restaurant out of its misery.

IHOP on old york Rd. Jenkintown should be ashamed of themselves. You’re gonna wait at least 30 to 40 minutes just for them to even bring you coffee. We stood there with everybody staring at us for about 10 minutes before they even said anything then after being Seated they still didn’t come take our orders for about another 10 minutes then took another 15 minutes just to bring the coffee to the table. very unorganized food brought out not even hot, one cook, all workers looking frustrated and mad horrible experience yesterday trying to go out and have breakfast with my family. To top it all off this is no lie. My family and I watched at least four tables of people walk out because they were waiting so long one lady just said I’ll pay for my coffee. Goodbye.

Went here for the willy wonka theme food. It was extremely sweet but nice I like that they are advertising it. Everyone here was nice. The booster seats and high chairs do NOT have any safety belts for kids. The kids cup of water was really dirty as you can see in the picture, but they took care of it for us. This is one of the better ihops in and around Philly.

Okay i dont think ive ever left a bad google review before but we were here sunday night (09/29) and it was the single worst experience i have ever had. First off it was not busy and all and there were only two “employees” working. The food i was brought out was not even close to what i had ordered, in fact, they dont actually sell any form of the sandwich that was brought out to the table. The service was horrendous the food was meh at best and the two employees there were genuinely just awful. I will make sure to never come back here and would not recommend this spot to anyone.
