We’ve been looking for a new Chinese place since all the ones around us have started selling nasty triangle shaped crab rangoons that taste horrendous. This place did not disappoint! Everything we had was delicious. The rangoons were on point! The portions are huge. I got a combo and couldn’t finish it all. I ordered shrimp and broccoli, extra spicy. It was yummy! Shrimp was good, not too overcooked. Definitely sticking with this place now that we found them!!

The food here is so delicious; however, the female owner and her daughter are two of the RUDEST people in Jacksonville!! I’ve made a hurtful decision that I will no longer patronize anyone that treats me disrespectfully. This lady almost blew her wig, because they wanted to charge extra for my substitute. I told her okay well I don’t want it. I thought this lady head was going to explode!! I said suggestion. If it’s going to be extra for subs, do like normal restaurants do for online orders tell the people it will be extra!! That way they can decide if they want that or not. But if they don’t know you shouldn’t go off on them like this.I don’t see the point of you risking your health getting so angry because I said I don’t want to pay extra for French fries!!! It was a hard decision because I enjoy their food. But I refuse to deal with that type of rudeness or reaction to how I want to spend MY MONEY!!!!

The food is hands down good but the thing that bothers me most being a business owner is when the attitude and the lack of respect for the customer that keep the business thriving. If the item is in the menu the hot chicken wings that everyone loves I ordered the lunch special and usually it’s a smaller portion which is what I wanted and I usually pay about $9 we’ll today I ordered through the drive through and the price was the dinner price so I came in to view the menu that I usually order from and I order the hot chicken lunch and she proceeds to tell me it’s $3 more for the sauce to go on the chicken for lunch? I’m confused so the hot wings aren’t in the lunch menu you have to order wings and pay extra to add the sauce in there when you have it as a item? I’m not ordering shrimp and asking them to add sauce to an item that’s not made that way. She preceded to speak their language to the others in the back yelling and rolling her eyes

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, PERIOD! New China( Normandy) Horrible Customer Service! Decided to give them one more shot. Dumbest decision ever! Ordered Chicken Wings with Shrimp Fried Rice. All hell broke loose, after I politely asked for hot sauce. (Wish I was lying) The lady at the front, that normally takes the order..assuming she’s the owner or manager, is beyond rude to customers! She turned her nose up and asked me to give her back, each and every packet of soy sauce and duck sauce she put in the bag.(Not asking if I wanted them, whatsoever) As if, I were asking her for some expensive, exotic sauce, that’s rare to find. You could clearly tell, she was cursing me out in her native language. I tried to slam it in her hands, as to the audacity and utter ignorance, she displayed. To top it off: Shrimp Fried Rice had no taste whatsoever and a few pieces of shrimp in it. Basically, leftover rice filled to the brim, without shrimp. I won’t be going back. People aren’t writing these reviews for the fun of it! I gave it a shot and they blew it again!

Got Sesame Chicken and it tasted old. Nothing about the meat I had was fresh. It tasted like old reheated or refried chicken. The texture of the chicken was old and spongy, ruined my appetite.

First they are extremely rude, I will not ever spend my money again. After asking for extra duck sauce she replies in her native tongue and I laugh you do not bother me for being a COWARD ! You have to say it in a way I wouldn’t understand and see you already lose at life being ugly on the inside and out. For a plate that cost $16.50 with recooked chicken wings that were overly done, mushy rice the rice had to be several days old, with the softest shrimp in the tray. Overall the food was hot because it has been over cooked several times and it was nasty I could barely eat the chicken. Will not have to ever worry talk to rude and negativity to the community you serve, trust it will fold in a way best for your business.

This is the first i have been back since the new owners. I have to say it is even better, cleaner and spot on tasty. Fried rice is full of flavor and all the good stuff! No peas and carrots!!! Awesome food!! Singapore noodles Will keep going!!

Went here while on this side of town visiting family. I came years ago when the owners were apparently different. Here’s the rundown:
PROS: Huge portions, comparable prices, fast drive-thru, hot food, good amount of shrimp in rice
CONS: Horrible drive-thru speaker (Had to scream to be heard) the egg rolls were spoiled or rancid-tasting. We spit them out. Not the nicest staff (Not rude but not short)

I ordered the egg drop soup and called back to try to get a refund or new Egg drop soup And I told him that it tasted like water he says I need to mix it app better and I told him it barely has any egg in the egg drop soup and when I shake it all the egg goes right to the bottom to me. It sounds like they water down to try to make more egg drop soup That’s really bad for business. They didn’t even say come up here. And we will fix it. They kept telling me to shake it more. That’s not gonna fix the water.
