I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt the last FOUR times I’ve comes my order has been wrong. This last time i sat in side to wait for fresh food cause they didn’t have what i wanted ready. While they cooked one order they gave me cold chicken that had been sitting. Make it make sense to give me one of my orders fresh and the other you let sit?! They can NEVER get it right so I’m taking my services and money to Popeyes 5 minutes up the road where the food is fresh and they don’t argue or show attitude whe i ask for MY FOOD how I REQUEST!

Went to Church’s chickens today to order some chicken. I ordered four spicy breast and four spicy legs. I also ordered one large fries and a large Okra and a large bombers. The wait wasn’t very long, however when I got to my truck to check out my order, I noticed there were different pieces of chicken in there other than what I ordered, and some of them were not spicy. The fries were not in the bag either. So I went inside to get the order corrected and ended up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken, however they were nice enough to throw in a couple extra pieces of chicken which was nice. But my advice would be to check your order before you leave that place. It would be a shame if you had to drive all the way back up there when you got home.

I ordered the 10PC family meal with 2 large sides of potatoes and they gave me 4 child sized potions. Absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had knows I was going to be ripped off and then the store won’t answer ANY of my phones calls!!! Used to be my favorite location now they’ve lost my business going forward… RIDICULOUS!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I used to stop by here on my way home every couple of weeks to pick up a 10 piece of legs and thighs. Church’s has always been my favorite chicken place and has some nostalgia for me.
However, I stopped by after more than a year and picked up a 10 piece and the chicken was horrible. I had to spit much of it out. Was chewy, like maybe undercooked or something. It was flat out nasty.
A family member told me they wouldn’t go there because they had a bad experience, but those things happen. Well, he was spot on. I really hope they get their act together.
The lady at the drive-thru was great. I have no complaints about her, but they better find a new manager or new kitchen help.
I also want to add, the 3 biscuits I added to the order were garbage. Looked like they squeezed them before bagging them.

It was better than any of the others I’ve visited. It appeared to be clean and the staff was very nice. My food was ok but not great. Kinda tasted as if it had been sitting there for a while. That may have been out of their control, so I’m willing to try them one more time before I bang my gavel on them. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad.

Sometimes there’s only 2 people working. 1 on drive thru and front line. The other one is cooking and preparing orders. (Which I prefer those two). Or when there’s 3 ones cooking, one on drive thru and the other one for front line and preparing the food. But frontline person messed up and put the order through and then they asked if I had cash to fix their mistake, because they are moving too fast. The food is always fresh and hot. But if you have a 30 minute lunch break you’ll miss out on eating.

Check your receipt! I asked if they had wing combos and Maria S told me “yes, 3,6,8” and more. I asked for a 6piece combo w/ fries and a small order of bombers. When I hand her my card she hands me two drinks. I told her I only ordered one combo. Her reply was “for the six piece wing I have to charge for TWO combos then she gives me the receipt with a total of TWENTY SEVEN dollars and some change!! I go inside to talk to her. She was completely unreasonable. I asked if she was the manager she said yes. I said are my bombers in the bag? She again says yes. At this point I don’t trust her at all so I go check my bag. No bombers of course which she charged me for a medium I returned all of the food and got a refund. Again check your receipt!!

I ordered a 2 pc combo & got told to wait in a parking spot… but no one is here. Literally not a single other car. Finally get the food & the fries aren’t done. What was the point of having me wait if the food still won’t be ready lol. I understand why this location looks so empty at 12p on a weekday. I will not be back to this one.

We drove 20 miles to go to this Church’s Chicken because the Church’s Chicken in Olathe Kansas wouldn’t fry our chicken fresh. We didn’t want chicken that was on the line already. Once we arrived at this Church’s Chicken we asked for the Grande meal. It consists of 16 piece dark OR 8 strips & 8piece dark, we chose 16 pieces. We got our order & we received 8 pieces dark & 8 strips. We told them we asked for 16 pieces they said they don’t do that. Won’t be going back to this Church’s. The Hispanics need to realize this is America not Mexico & African Americans love chicken. We know how Church’s Chicken taste the chicken was not seasoned, the spicy chicken was not spicy I thought the redness was from the pepper guess it was paprika. I wouldn’t recommend this Church’s.
