Tried this place the very first time. Ordered the chicken Egg Foo Young and was very fresh and tasty. Also ordered the Mongolian Beef combination player and was not the good. Beef was plain little flavor and the white rice was under cooked. Pork fried rice was good but nothing to rave about. Ordered extra gravy and had a really good flavor of ginger. Ordered the Teriyaki chicken on a stick was also very good To me this place was average at best

Absolutely love their General Tsos chicken, sesame chicken, dumplings and Lo mein. I actually judge Chinese restaurants based on their low mein because I’ve known too many that don’t use the correct noodles, not enough sauce or not enough meat.
I love a rich, semi spicy General Tsos and this is perfectly made. If it wasn’t for my diet and cost, I would have it every week.
I’ll definitely be back on a regular basis as my go-to.

The flavor of the food is not too bad. When you do ask for silverware plan on not getting any silverware as you can see in the picture this is overly full of onions which I wish they would really calm down on the onions you don’t need to use onions as a filler. I’ve ordered from there twice now within four days again it’s decent flavored food but definitely expect to not get silverware and get a whole lot of onions. A WHOLE LOT! This is the second time it’s majority onion.

Best sweet and sour chicken I’ve ever had! They nail it. I haven’t been to a place that messes up cooking the chicken, but the sauce is a different story. It is thick and sweet, unlike other places. Just don’t expect to sit down and eat it there.

Service is basic, even for a takeout only place. It’s fine enough but don’t expect much. I really enjoy the food though. I’ve tried one of their curries, the Singapore noodles, and the fried rice and have no complaints. The curry is probably my favorite of these.
As for the atmosphere, it’s basically non-existent. This is one of those hole in the wall places you go to strictly for the food.

Food was delicious and the woman at the counter was very friendly! We got the chicken fried rice, teriyaki chicken on a stick, and chicken pad Thai. The wait wasn’t long at all and everything came out hot and fresh. There aren’t a ton of seating options inside but considering it’s a to-go only place, that makes sense! We had a terrible experience with another restaurant that morning and this really made up for it! Would definitely come back again.

It’s strictly take out but it’s the best in the area. All the other places in Racine have continually gotten worse but Panda is solid and really good American Chinese take out. Fried rice, Mongolian Beef and Generals Tao’s chicken are all spectacular.

The manager is beyond excellent at her job. I appreciate this small town Chinese restaurant more than anything in this community. I order typically every Friday and food is always above and beyond. Thank you for many years of quality service.
