I usually order the Tofu from here, I received what was essentially the burnt flakes from the bottom of the pan. I decided to give them another try as they gave me a free burrito for compensation. When I received my order, I was missing both sides of cilantro lime vinaigrette and the salad bowl I ordered had no lettuce in it. They used to be very good, and I enjoyed eating out here. But if you’re charging 42 dollars for a rice bowl, salad, and a side of chips, you should at least be making sure that the food is fresh and that everything is in the order.

Half my order was missing, which honestly may have been a blessing. The tacos I did receive were easily the worst food I’ve ever been served. The store was completely empty—meanwhile Chipotle up the street was packed—and now I understand why. The “chicken” came in tiny, sad cubes that tasted like a rejected middle-school lunch experiment. Truly impressive how bad this was. I would rather go hungry than eat here again.

Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a super clean restaurant—all at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? I had a burrito where they mixed the ingredients before folding it. I’ve never seen that before, and it made everything spread out instead of just one huge bite of sour cream in the middle. The queso and chips were also awesome.
The manager was shoulder to shoulder working with everyone else in the kitchen, and he seemed to genuinely care about what was going on around him. He was just in the trenches, working hard.

I’m a regular customer at this pancheros I always loved their food. I went today and they gave me this skinny twig. My burritos are always at least twice the size of this. Very disappointing. The worker really looked at me straight in the eyes with a smile while handing me this sad excuse of a burrito.

Ordered a burrito from their app. Inside of restaurant was clean and nice and had booths and plenty of seating to din in if you wanted. Order was done before I even got there and walked in and out with my order seamlessly. Chipotle will tell you 20 minutes and when you get there usually have to sit an additional 10+. Easily comparable in size to chipotle. Lots more flavor in the chicken and big chunks of veggies. The vinaigrette added a nice touch of flavor as well. Would definitely recommend when you are looking for quick good tasting Mexican.

Little bit expensive, food wasn’t amazing. Restaurant was clean and servers were friendly. Like a Chipotle but not a good. Overall it was pretty mid. I hate that when you pay it asks for a tip negative points for that. Not tipping if I seat myself and clean my own table lol.

Restaurant is clean and managed very well. Ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. Probably the highest quality tortilla in the california burrito game. Freshly pressed from dough, burrito does not fall apart. For “fast food” its pretty healthy and great choice if you need something quick and dont want to eat junk!

OMG! Why have I not come sooner! I got the burrito bowl with the tofu option, surprisingly good! Everything was fresh! The inside was very clean. The lady serving me was very nice and helpful! I very much appreciate that the serving bowl was made out of cardboard, hopefully recycled materials. Overall, definitely coming back!
