OMG I am glad I was driving by yesterday and decided to stop. The beef was so good. I ordered a burrito bowl that had rice, beans and meat. It was a full container of great food. Friend got 4 tacos, one of each meat. The beef and pork were by far the best of the meats.
Green sauce was great.
Did not have red sauce.
Price was higher than other trucks, but beef is expensive so I understand.
Lady running the truck was friendly and so quick with orders. If I am in Bellingham area again, I will for sure swing it.

Birria Tacos are really good, definitely recommend! Easily accessible spot just off Samish way! Very tasty food. Second Visit: my family and I took advantage of the beautiful weather and decided to re-visit El Toro Loco on Samish Way at the Urban Market. Although it had been a while since our last visit, the quality of the food remains amazing. We ordered the Quesabirria Taco combo and Asada Tacos. The Birria was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully garnished on a nice tortilla. The Asada Taco was phenomenal, featuring well-seasoned meat and a crispy tortilla. Our combo came with a choice of either beans and rice or chips and guacamole; we opted for the chips and guac.
This place is phenomenal, and I highly recommend it. El Toro Loco is located at 200 36th St in Bellingham, at the Samish Urban Market. Go support this awesome local establishment.

Amazing!! In the area for the day and stumbled upon this food truck. The photos really show how meaty these tacos are but photos do not do justice to the flavour. Definitely need to try these if you’re looking for some delicious tacos. Outdoor seating only.

More of a 3.5 stars rating.
Birria tacos are loaded with meat and are fair priced but I wish they seasoned a little more better. The consume was not good at all, too watery and not enough flavor. Staff is nice but slow as I waited 5 mins standing there waiting to order when there was no line and not busy.

Stopped by for a quick snack out of curiosity, and man was it a good stop. Ordered their tacos, and they were packed with meat and full of flavor, at a nice price as well. Service was fast too. If you ever need a quick bite to eat and see em, try em out!

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I did not. The burrito was oddly sweat and there didn’t seem to be a ton flavor highlighting it. Towards the end, I could taste the pork more but still felt bland even when I added salsa.

I had 3 birria tacos. $15 for 3 tacos is a little steep, but well worth it. Some of the best I have had, and the first time I had birria was in Puerta Vallerta. The tacos are loaded with meat, but hold together. There is a little crunch of the onion, and just enough cheese. The broth to dip in is rich and full of flavor. You get both green and red sauce, normally I choose green, but this needs the red. It brings out the flavor. This is the same kind of meal you would get at a fine restaurant, top notch.

This place is a gem. I had two birria tacos and they were utterly delicious. We had pulled off the I-5 to grab fast food on our way through town and I happened to see this across the street. It was such great food, for slightly less than my family paid at the fast food joint they went to. If you are driving through on your way somewhere else, like Seattle or Vancouver, take the Samich exit, the southernmost one inside the city limits. It is in the back of the Urban Market parking lot. Such good tacos! These are hard to get in Vancouver and I am considering driving down just to eat there again.
