This review is for the woman working solo during lunch hour, yesterday 2/16/26.
She did an outstanding job keeping her cool while being under pressure with customers waiting for their lunch. She was very polite and apologetic about the wait. Sandwich was still made with care and turned out EXCELLENT, which isn’t always the case.

Pay for extra cucumbers, get only 2 slices because they didn’t want to cut more. Order light sauce, get a sandwich completely drenched in sauce. Order toasted, get untoasted.

Order that we put in online took 40 minutes after the app had said the order was ready, they ran out of lettuce, there were barely any vegetables on our sandwiches, and our subs weren’t toasted. The employee’s friends were also loitering in the store socializing with him
