I don’t know how hard it is to add potatoes and take off beans on an item. Seems to be a major issue of every Taco Bell in the area to do so. After the AI Taco Bell employee repeatedly said “no beef” instead of no beans, an actual human employee took over and made it correct on the screen. Guess what though, no potatoes and the burrito was mainly tortilla. Every time I order this from any location in the area, it’s always incorrect. All it is swapping one ingredient for another. It is very annoying when Wadsworth and all 3 Medina Taco Bell locations have consistent errors with simple issues. I get it that no one that works there probably cares at all, but we all have jobs that we don’t want to deal with. However, people are spending their hard earned money on something that they didn’t want/order. I wouldn’t complain …but it happens literally 4 or 5 times in a row . I just don’t it .

Going to a Taco Bell is a bit of a toss-up depending on location but I’m a big fan of this one. The place is always clean and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and on the very few occasions when I needed a correction to an order they were more than happy to fix it.

My grandson and I have dropped by here a couple times and have been very impressed with the service and the food both times. We’re from out of town and just doing some work in the area and it was nice to drop in here and get the good food and the general atmosphere. We could hear people working in the background and it sounds like it’s just a great place. It’s nice to be able to eat somewhere and just feel good about it. This is one of those places.

Went here for a late night snacky & were immediately rushed to order. No hello, how are you. Then forgot our fire sauce so we had to go back in line. Once home, they messed up every single item in the bag. Everything was opposite of what we asked for. The girl was so rude at the window then our food was what we didn’t ask for. Wanted a burrito with no beans, got a burrito with only beans. Came here for joy, & left with sadness. I cried. my burrito looked like a dirty diaper. My night is ruined. be better. live más

The crew workers here are amazing. If any sort of restraunt deserves a raise it’s this one. They are speedy fast and the food always tastes better at this location. Please it’s worth it go out of your way to this location. The baha specially is spectacular but it l is really the workers that make this place awesome, they are so kind. I never write reviews but they deserve it they always put a smile on my face when I leave
