The food is always great! The tacos. The gorillas they dip them in a grease type where it adds and extra flavor and experience to the taco. The service is great. I noticed the owner always asks us if the food came to our expectations. They also have plenty of space to have enjoy your food.

After staring at this big bold pink taco trailer for 8 hours, although I was not hungry, I just knew I had to try at least the “Cochinita Pibil” What is it? It is basically the next best thing to living in heaven. Yes I said it, it is amazingly delicious pork cooked in spices and much more.. so naturally I had to try it.

Food: The Marinated Pork tacos were as expected. Marinated so well. The red salsa gave it its best taste as well as the tangyness of the lime.

Service: here is were things go interesting. I was curious about the authenticity of the claim of being Cochinita Pibil. I asked where the style was from but all I got in return was a cold short answer saying: they are from guerrero. And a quick turn around of the lady after I paid. Simply not interested in sharing the experience I was about to taste. I say sometimes the formula is 75% costumer service and 25% the food. This formula never fails and it is the secret being the most successful restaurants. This lady failed…

Atmosphere: feels fun and inviting. The bold colors say that they are serious yet fun and inviting.

In conclusion I would say that the food was great. I will grade the girls attitude on a curb. It could be that it was long day or maybe she received some bad news or something like that for this time….
I already have my eye on some other dishes to come back for

The beans were room temp and definitely from a can. The rice was hard and crunchy. The carne asada was ok but too fatty for me To make matters worse, it’s took me 20 mins to get my food because they prepared food for a walk up group of 5 women before me and the gentleman in front of me. I’m confused as to why we were served after them when everyone is given buzzers for their order. The cherry on top was my order being wrong after waiting for 20 minutes. Not worth it.

La Coshi is such a great spot—my family & I tried the taco platters and a torta de asada, and everything was delicious! The tacos were flavorful and the torta was fresh and very filling. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Amazing food truck! We got the Tacos De Birria lunch special. Two delicious corn tortilla beef tacos with rice and beans, limes, radishes and two sauces. We ordered a side of consommé. The tacos are so tender and juicy. Only $10 for the lunch plate. The truck is in a parking lot. They had tables with umbrellas as well as a covered table area. Wait time was small and staff very friendly.

If you need some tacos that are so good that they make your eyes roll up into the back of your head and make you drool while you’re eating them, then head on over to La Coshi.

I had seen pictures of their food for years, and the presentation and colorfulness of their food had always impressed me. However, it’s in a part of town that isn’t very convenient for me. So when I was in the area yesterday, I decided to pop on through. What you see is their taco special, which includes four tacos, rice, and beans, salsa, and radish for $10. You can also get five tacos for the same money but no rice and beans.

I should’ve known by the presentation of the food in their online pictures that I was going to be experiencing some serious culinary talent. But I didn’t really make the connection so I was sooooo pleasantly surprised. I had two Carne Asada tacos and two Cochinita Pibil (pork) tacos.

The first bite into the Carne Asada taco had my eyes rolling like the wheels on a slot machine. Soooooo good. Their Carne Asada has that smoky/grilled flavor that I love so much and takes a lot of work to get at a food truck. Then I tried the Cochinita Pibil and my eyes were rolling again. The beans are just wonderfully flavorful and creamy, and the rice is perfect and reminds me of my aunt’s rice. So perfectly fluffy and light.

The flavor of the food here is so high caliber! It’s seriously hard to believe you can get these kind of flavors at a food truck. Normally when I’m experiencing these kind of mature/magical flavor profiles that just bowl you over I’m usually at a five star restaurant. Doubly incredible that you get it for $10! It’s obvious that someone here is really devoted to their craft. It’s definitely now on my list of favorite places to grab a taco.

Love the food and the big pink taco truck wow! I am going to have to get some catering for a party from you guys. I wish there was a hand wash station outside just so we can wash our hands. At least have some hand sanitizer.
I would make the Cochinita Pibil even better if you guys would sell fruit water or rice water. There is nothing better than eating that glorious pork with some horchata or mezcal.
Gracias!! Fierro pariente!!!
