Absolutely terrible management Dylan at this location is rude and hung up on me when I was asking if he was just gonna refund my whole order because the wings that they sent me are just lightly drizzled sauce over popcorn chicken. It’s not at all like the description from their online and I’m highly disappointed with this location. I would really appreciate it if someone from ownership and or corporate office would get a hold of me because that is extremely rude behavior, especially coming from a manager. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and I would never just hang up on someone when they’re asking if they’re refunding my entire order instead of just the wings.

Haven’t had a good “food” experience with Papa Johns, glad they didn’t disappoint. Their pizza was barely warm, and as always, not the best of flavor (if any). Thank you for making up my mind to never have this pizza again. The employees were nice and friendly, food has gone downhill.

Ordered close to closing time. Called to make sure the order would still be fulfilled. Still tipped the delivery driver a good amount when he arrived. Didn’t appreciate the person who answered to verify delivery and hung up me.

The D’iberville Papa John’s is amazing! We order delivery from there about once a week. Tonight, we ordered, and one of the pizzas was not right. I called (and I was probably rude ♀️), but the manager who answered was kind and said he’d send a new one right out! It arrived hot and fresh. The delivery driver apologized as well. I will continue to order from here! The food is delicious, but the service tonight won me over forever! Thanks y’all!

I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. I haven’t visited Papa John’s in 8 years, but kiddos wanted to use a promo they got from school.
– placed a phone order through the call center and it was a bad joke. Couldnt understand each other.
– got to the location and employees were working off the clock so couldn’t work registers
– employee wouldn’t talk above a whisper and seemed frantic rushing around.
– school promotion had a misprint (bait & switch), but employee did offer to make the pizza if I’d wait (promo says small cheese pizza so I ordered a small cheese pizza, but its the 8″ you have to ask for)
Overall poor experience won’t be back. There’s too many other good pizza places. This might’ve been a fluke but these reviews seem consistent.

I use to love Papa John’s… Until recently… I ordered a chicken Alfredo PASTA bowl on two different occasions and when it was delivered there was NO pasta or Alfredo sauce to be found .. just meat & cheese … I mean if I wanted that it wouldn’t be a problem but that is not what I ordered… When you call you get put on hold for 20 minutes and nothing gets resolved so I won’t be ordering again. Food great ✔️ service accountability horrible
