I know this is mostly an ice cream location but I love their crepes! It’s always a big pick me up to have a savory bacon egg and cheese crepe, with the pesto sauce too 🙂

Stopped in to grab some breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was good overall. We had a crepe with ham, spinach, and egg, with spicy pesto. It was very good! The waffle we had was a little disappointing. The fruit toppings were super fresh but the waffle itself wasn’t very soft and didn’t have much taste. The lattes we had were good. We didn’t have ice cream but they have a lot of selections if that is what you are interested in.

Great local sweets shop! We stopped here for some gelato and a crepe, and both were very good. The ice cream flavors were exciting went we enjoyed the ones we got. And they even included a free “Nelly” on top, which is a mini scoop of any flavor we went to try. My husband really enjoyed the coconut flavor!
The only complaint is that you can’t get any free samples. But they do allow you to get two flavors for the small size + the Nelly on top, for a total of three flavors.
Overall, it’s a great place and definitely recommend it.

I visited this ice cream shop on a whim. It was close to my hotel. They had a lot of flavors of ice cream and they also have an assortment of gelato flavors. They had cones too but since Im gluten free I just had a small cup which was huge for 5.95. I had chocolate and mint chocolate chip. Very tasty. I would go again.

Had an ice cream recently at Sweet Nel’s and the taste is amazing. I took a Butter Scotch vanilla and the price is reasonable as well. I liked the ambience inside and staff are friendly. I am planning to bring my family sometime and glad to know that they have some breakfast offerings. This place is near to my office and home. So, definitely would be a go to place for me in the future.

What would Delaware be like without Sweet Nel’s??!! I moved here from NYC and I have felt so deprived from the lack of great options for my sweet tooth. I’m grateful for the existence of this place, they have really good ice cream and crepes. Love their Açaí Wishing they had more from the bakery end as ice cream gets old and the cold days make it harder for me to crave it. Yet, they have good costumer service and the place looks well kept every time I visit. Thank you

Amazing taste of products and very friendly staff! I was given a free scoop of any flavor of my choice (not sure why, but it was delightful)! They also have us a free BIG and might I add, VERY DELICIOUS strawberry, banana & Nutella crepe. It was so good and they just gave it to us for free. Overall the pricing is not bad & I would recommend stopping by if you’re around.

Today was really disappointing. Shauna was completely rude and nasty after putting an ingredient on my sundae I didn’t want. She continued making it anyway. Insisted I wasn’t paying for it, and after much eye rolling told me she would remake it, but she was charging me extra. After going back forth, she runs to Demetrius (who I’m guessing is the owner) to complain, and he simply told her to remake it. All of that over a simple mistake. After years of being a loyal customer, this was frustrating and disappointing. Thank you Brandon for stepping and completing our order professionally, and kindly.
