2 nights ago we arrived to pick up our Chipotle order at 7 when it should have been ready according to the online order. The girl came to the window and told us it would be about 10 more minutes because the steak was not ready yet. At approximately 7:10 another girl came to the window and told us it would be about 15 more minutes until the steak was done. I asked at this time if she could process a refund of my order as my daughter’s food was getting cold. After a few minutes a male came to the window and stated he was unable to process a refund and I would have to call a phone number to get a refund. So I asked to just get the food. He said he just put the steak on the grill and it would be a few more minutes. We finally got our food at 7:22 and my husband asked the girl if everything was in the bag and she said yes. We got home and I noticed the bag was leaking grease and the carnitas meal was really cold (and not edible) so they must have just left it sitting on the counter for the 20+ minutes we were sitting there waiting for our order. I have reached out to the site and included a picture of the bag and a picture of the bottom of the tray. The chips were so stale they were not even edible. The bag was also missing the Napkin/Utensils that were requested and on the receipt . To say this was a 1 star quality visit is being generous! I still have not heard back from Chipotle other than an automated message thanking me for my information.

Honestly, very upset with Wareham chipotle as a frequent goer to specifically this chipotle, I have seen a steady decline in customer service portions and overall quality of the food. All I can taste in my chipotle bowl is cilantro and they gave no more than six pieces of chicken. Very disappointed

Always delishish and I never have any issues, paid tonight got my drink threw the receipt away, got home the burrito was large and in charge, but I was missing my $5 chips and queso. The one time I dont look. But my fault not theirs, they had a line when I was there. See you next time burrito mastars. ✌️

Horrible! I had to throw out whole bowl. I was not happy the rice was hard as a rock. It wasn’t fully cooked.I literally drove home 5 minutes away was not very warm and rice not cooked enough. We ordered 3 bowls they were all the same undercooked!

I haven’t been to a chipotle in over 5 years, and after last night I will never be going back again. It’s a Wednesday night, not busy at all, and the place was dirty! All the tables were dirty and even the beverage station was a mess. After I almost finish my burrito I found a hair.

Showed up at 7pm ordered a bowl they added the white rice move down no steak. Guy was cutting up fresh steak so waited 10min for it. Finally get steak no peppers & onions no corn scraped the bottom of salsa asked for more cheese girl said there isn’t much left and it’s all we have at the moment. I look at her and said with everything almost gone why don’t you close. Mean while there is 16 people waiting in line as we speak and there still open for anouther 3 hours. Seriously this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. She tells me there isn’t anyone here in charge and the manager is home. I’m keeping my reciept and will definitely be going there tomorrow to complain to management. I feel sorry for everyone on here that has written a review who blatantly has been ripped off or at least stolen from at this location. I am astonished by the reviews I’ve read tonight just wish I had read them prior to going. Lesson learned and they will learn tomorrow when I return!!!

It was busy for a Friday night. Every worker was still very helpful and in good spirits. They were also doing a great job to keep the line stocked with ingredients. Props to the great team tonight!

Sometimes it’s good, most of the time it’s not. We order at least once a month. It is puzzling how a place that makes Mexican inspired food is CONSTANTLY out of onions and peppers. I have a ton of allergies so I have a very limited amount of choices. I get carnitas, white rice, black beans, and EXTRA fajita vegetables. I am lucky if I get vegetables in 20% of my orders. The carnitas often have big blobs of inedible fat, otherwise, the whole bowl is very dry with the exception of 1 out of 5 times that I get vegetables on it. It’s not cheap. If my son didn’t love the burritos, I would have stopped ordering a long time ago.
