Speechless and mad bout it. Ok weds hamburger steak day. When does hamburger steak come with brown gravy cheese and bacon on top?Who in the world eats instant mashed potatoes at home? Well not in a restaurant.Hamburger patties out of a box newspaper thin. Banana pudding made by jello with 2 wafers 1 banana slice. 3 bites $3.29. Sweet tea ummm nope straight bitter no sugar. And why doesn’t a bbq restaurant smell like pork smoking on the grill?!?!? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Delicious BBQ. We had the pulled pork sandwiches, baked potato salad, Mac n cheese, loaded fries, and regular fries. Everything was spectacular, juicy, and flavorful. You won’t go hungry here. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. Worth a detour. We tried house wings, half a rack of ribs, with fries and onion rings. It was all very good.

The bbq was bland and the sauce was vinegar based not my favorite. The bun was not warm or toasted no pickles which I feel is a must on bbq. The place was clean, with country music in the background. The service was good but if they had been busy there would be no way she could have kept up.

Hats off to these folks! We need 75 BBQ sandwiches for an event tonight. We needed to pick them up at 6:00 pm, right during the dinner time rush. When we arrived they were all individually wrapped, warm and ready to go. Sandwich #1 was a good as #75! Super tasty and plenty of meat on the sandwich.

I was passing by and decided to stop! I’m glad I did. This was some of the best bbq I’ve had in a long time! The portions are huge, but that’s on. I’m a gastric bypass patient, so I can’t eat much. The turkey was GREAT, and the sliced ham was AWESOME.
The baked beans were good. It’s much better than what I had the day before at another bbq joint in town!
The fried okra was perfect. Finally, a place that doesn’t have more bread than anything on the okra. It’s very lightly breaded and fried just right.
The sign out front suggests that it might be a to go restaurant, but there are plenty of tables to sit at inside.
Definitely in the top 5 best bbq I’ve had, and I travel for a living and hit lots of bbq joints up
It’s definitely worth stopping. There’s a big enough parking lot for semis as well, and this place is only 8 mins from the Loves truck stop.

Enjoyed dining at the Moody Butts to Go. My order was the double cheeseburger and potato salad. Both were delicious! Good quality meat, some bacon, lettuce & tomato on the side. Properly cooked and very tasty. The potato salad is to die for! It had a very light taste of sour cream and chives as it is “baked potato salad.” It alone was worth the drive to Moody. My friend ordered the BBQ, slaw, and baked beans. He pronounced his meal was quite good, also. His second time here, to boot. We were waited on promptly, the food was out to the table quickly and it was served on a plate, a plastic one, but still it was a plate. Tea was good. We will be returning. Good food at good prices is a rare find nowadays. They have a full selection of vegetable sides, plate meals, burgers and sandwiches. Try ’em all!
