We were welcomed and greeted immediately upon entering with warm smiles from the staff. Super clean store, while we were ordering we were asked if we had tried the new coffee milkshake yet and we hadn’t so he offered to make us one to try. He also made our kids a complimentary shake to share. Super nice staff. Definitely will return to this location! Keep up the good work 🙂

We wanted something quick and was in the mood for a burger. Figured we’d try five guys, and I was soooo disappointed for $33. I expected it to be so much better. The picture I’ve attached is then I got home and unwrapped my ball burger. This was a sad meal and I will NEVER go back there.

was a pleasant surprise! All toppings were included: had lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mayo, and ketchup! There were several other options that I didn’t get. Highly recommend Five Guys!

This is unacceptable, I placed the order at 3 p.m. and so far I haven’t received any response or the order. I talked to Doordash, he said that someone took my order, so I told them that I haven’t received any order yet and I’m waiting. They didn’t even make the order, was 3 DoorDash in total waiting but they still didn’t do it and now it’s 4:45. I had to cancel because they don’t communicate anything, the person is waiting and wasting time.

Five Guys is well… Five guys. This location is pretty hit or miss but I would tend more hit than miss but when it is a miss it is a miss. While waiting for my food I have had people come back and complain that there was no burger in the burger after then already got home which I have never seen from a burger place before so ….

Never had a bad meal here but I keep it at four stars because my son was one of the original employees when it opened and was one of the best fry cooks there and he told me about some sandwich hacks like ordering a grilled cheese and getting patties added… The Five Guys burger on a grilled cheese sandwich is the ultimate experience!!!

Whenever we grab five guys, it’s usually good. Today I went in and ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a shake. The folks working there are trying but wow they’re struggling and need additional support. It looks like they could benefit from being retrained properly and maybe having an additional staff person helping with orders.
There were people there before me who had ordered 30 min prior and still hadn’t gotten their order.
