Ordered steak got ground beef order a crispy chicken soft taco and got a cabbage taco with a couple of chunks of grilled chicken. Literally got my entire order wrong except the nacho fries. Was to far away to drive back so I tried calling multiple times and got no answer.

Place is disgusting. Trash all over the place. Was in there for about 20 mins. So all the employees walk right over the piles of garbage like it was a normal thing. Food crumbs on just about all the tables to. Employees complain about the food you order. IE doing their job.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went there and ordered food. I ordered a steak garlic fries with extra steak. A a cantina chicken burrito steak chalupa supreme and supreme beef taco the supreme beef taco didn’t have any tomatoes on it. I literally pulled everything out and took a bite out of each and every one of the items and they were cold as ice. Mind you it is freezing cold outside but I was in a hot car and I live 2 minutes away from there. When I called back a female named Kevin which was the AGM that was at that store said that all her food was up to temps so she couldn’t do anything about it. When I asked for a corporate number she said I would have to look online when I asked for the general manager’s number or any way to reach him. She said that she couldn’t do anything like that because she didn’t want to give somebody’s information out. Very unprofessional for the fact of the matter is if you look at the time on the receipt it’s 8:14 and it’s now 8:21. My food is freezing cold. I spent $25 Taco Bell is one of the most expensive places to eat when it comes to fast food and the amount of disrespect and nastiness I got from that AGM. Mind you, I think she was lying about her name. I could be wrong but I’ve never met a woman named Kevin. I will be moving forward and reaching out to corporate. Obviously this person doesn’t care about their job. Doesn’t care about professionality and doesn’t care about customer service. They weren’t trying to do anything to resolve the issue. They literally just came back and dismissed the fact that I was making a complaint with. Oh my temperatures are warm so your food should be warm too. Anyways, if you’re around that area and decide to go to Taco Bell, don’t because no burrito is worth $7 that is going to be colder than the atmosphere outside. Which is below freezing at the moment.

This place has a moral problem, they act like they hate working there and hate you for coming in. Dined in and my order had a drink, I asked for it the moment he set the tray down and he turned and walked off like he didn’t hear me. I different employee from further away eventually gave me the cup so I could fill my own drink. This isn’t rhe first time I’ve been in here and been treated like they were disgusted by my mere presence.

Mobile ordered for instore.. it was very late. It happens, NBD, but some guy in the back kept yelling to please be patient to the entire lobby (nobody was bothering them?) & then when new customers came into to order, they’d tell them to use the Kiosk & when one guy didnt want to, they told him to he had to be patient because they dont have front counter people anymore & they’re severely understaffed & doing their best – he went on & on about missing having a front counter staff. All of that could have been ignored.. the frustrating part was somehow our food came out cold? To top it all off, me & my husband ordered 12-13 items, knowing we were taking some home. We overheard the same guy talking about another customers order – “Wow, they ordered THIRTEEN items? They need to just go to the grocery store & not eat fastfood.” Woah. Clearly, they don’t want your business here.

Food was ok, it was TB normal. But $33 for two combo meals plus two extra tacos? I got 2 large pizzas that made 6 meals yesterday for $25. I won’t be going back. The fact ya’ll complain about slow service and now them doubling their prices over the last few years is beyond me. This junk food is not worth it!

Food was just ok, have had better at other Taco Bells. We ordered on line and when we got home the order was incorrect, they had left out a burrito. This is the second time I have ever ordered from this location, and this is the second time they have left part of the order out. When we called we were informed they will only refund for the left off item if we go back into the store. So I drove the 10 minutes back to the store for the $3.99 burrito spending probably almost as much in fuel when you total both trips.
As I am walking up to the front doors, an employee is sitting outside of the door and asks “did they mess up the order?” To which I replied yes, they left out a burrito. They replied “typical, they do that a lot.”
When I got inside, I stood at the counter for 5 or so minutes before even being acknowledged by any employee, much less the one who walked in front of me 3 or 4 times. When finally asked if I needed something I told him they had forgotten a burrito from my order and he said let me get the manager. The manager walked up and asked what was up, and then were you the one who call? He then said let me get that for you and also offered to refund the burrito instead if I wanted. I told him to just give me the food since I was there. Never once did anyone apologize for messing up the order, just a here you go and quick have a nice day. Almost like they do that regularly. Which would make sense given what the employee said as I was walking upto the store. Also, the burrito was cold when I got home, along with my other food since I had to go back to the store again for their messup. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to this location as they don’t seem to care.
