I contemplated giving four stars, but my reason would have been “I wanted to go one day when they said they would be open, but they weren’t.” It’s kind of a back-handed compliment, so I won’t take away the star. The picture is what you don’t want to see: The Crossbow Cafe closed on a Saturday at 10 am dieing hunting season.
This food is the best around! I recommend the donuts, fries, rich hot chocolate, and burgers.

We stopped here 2 times once for root beer floats and once for espressos both times we had a great time. Great service and great prices. Don’t be afraid to go a little out of your way to stop by, it’s worth it!
