Used to love this place. Used to come in with my grandparents, though my grandmother and grandfather love or lived to come here. My grandmother found a chicken bone in her food, but didn’t realize till she swallowed it because she didn’t bite into it. When she went to get help from the employees because she was choking they didn’t do anything because “she sat back down so they assumed she was fine”
Staff is inattentive and selfish, my grandmother needed help because a bone was lodged sideways in her throat and she asked for help, she needed help to walk when I got there because our grandfather managed to call my mom who called me.
I will never be returning here and I will not let my grandparents return, not when they assume just because someone sits after asking for help they are fine.
Very disappointed.

This is the first time I’ve been at this KFC and it will be the last. It was actually the first time I’ve been to KFC in years, but I had a craving for their chicken. I went through the drive through around 10:45ish today. The person who’s took my order was rude and the person who was at the window was worse. No personality and extremely rude. Absolutely zero manners. She didn’t say hello or even thank you. She took my money, gave me my food and shut the window. The food was less than desirable, but it was better than the customer service and that’s not saying much. I will never go there again. Very disappointed.

Disappointing visit.
First off… the employees were all VERY nice and did what they had been taught to do. So here goes….
We arrived at 8:20 PM. Well over an hour before close.
All the side items were out of the heating unit and heat wells were being cleaned. Bulk containers.
The side items were not made up so we had to wait to scoop up and prepare, from the bulk containers on the counter, out of the heat.
Mash potatoes and gravy were cold.
The girl that handed me my drink cups stuck here fingers inside of each cup, as she gave them to us. She did the same with the side item containers she filled. Disgusting habit.
They were cleaning the lobby and corralled the few customers into a small area, which is fine… but the tables we had to choose from were dirty. They were more interested in closing on time than taking care of the customers that were there.
I had bbq tenders, and the sauce looked like soup. They had zero flavor, and had a powdery texture. The man sitting in the next booth actually had the same meal, and said the same thing! As we left I asked him his opinion and he said it was pretty bad.
The restrooms were clean.
Soda was very over carbonated and we had a long wait to finish pouring. Soda was syrupy and not good. They REALLY need to calibrate the Pepsi flavor dispenser.

The Colonel would be proud of this location. The staff is friendly and seems to care about customer service and fresh food. If you like snacks, try the apple pie poppers, they hit the right spot every time. Make sure you ask them to warm them up a little for you and they taste even better.

Lousy service everytime I go. So over this place. Today I went thru the drive thru and ordered a full meal with 22 pieces of chicken. I live 20 minutes away. Got home and there were only 16 pieces. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no one answers until an answering service answers and asks for your remote number. This is no way to run such a great franchise as this. Management needs to be addressed.

Drive thru line was moving slow, I think the girl at the window was new but she was trying. We had to repeat our order over three times and we still got the wrong stuff. Another lady took over and got us the right stuff and told us to keep what we already had. They were out of popcorn chicken, instead we asked for tenders on our Famous Bowls and they made it happen. We understand the circumstances and at least they fixed the mistakes. We will be back.

I rarely go to KFC, the food is always inconsistent but this time is fairly good. It just getting too pricey to go there anymore for my taste. I know it takes a lot to run a restaurant and the cost are sometimes over the top but I do have limits on how much I wish to spend on take out food with poor service
