Provision is a Craft Cocktail bar in the heart of Castle Rock. We have approximately 25-30 cocktails on the menu, and over 160 classics in our black book. This building is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail goes above and beyond what you would expect. The branded paper towels in the bathroom, welcoming aroma of mahogany teakwood (my favorite scent), and ambiance complete with gorgeous cutlery, dim lighting, and enjoyable music- easily puts provision at the top for most aesthetically pleasing restaurant in castle rock.
Looks aside, the food and service were equally as great! The bartender was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent suggestions. My food was a 10/10, the charcuterie board is put together so beautifully and has one of the best cheese selections I have found in a restaurant. I also had the gnocchi, which was cooked to perfection and just the right amount of spicy. Along with the steak tips which came with a horseradish sauce that was absolutely to die for- I wish I could put it on literally everything. The steak was tender, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. We finished our meal with crème brûlée, which I loved! I am not a huge sweets fan so I appreciated the simplistic, classic approach of this dish. The custard was light and well prepared, it came out garnished beautifully with strawberries.
This is the perfect place for a date night, special occasion, or if you want real, quality, fine dining in the castle rock area. 10/10- I will be back!

This speakeasy-type bar and restaurant is dark inside and a throwback to early days when a well-lit bar was not what you wanted. This was our second time visiting and we came for the happy hour that runs from 4-6 Wed-Sat. We planned on having dinner and the grilled cheese and gnocchi were great. The chef takes the humble grilled cheese sandwich and makes it special with the right choice of cheese grilled to perfection. I had the gnocchi with a tasty and somewhat spicy sauce. The fresh shedded basil was a nice touch.
When the GM, Tyler checked on us we asked him why they stopped making the short rib grilled cheese. He said it was too much work considering the short rib was only used on the sandwich. He suggested we try the grilled cheese sandwich with sautéed prime filet tips. It was fantastic. Note that it’s not on the menu but if you ask, you might get one of these amazing sandwiches for your self.
The creative cocktails are good and I was pleased with the happy hour cabernet sauvignon. My sister swoons over their warm cookies and maybe next time we’ll try the ice cream sundae if we have room for dessert.

The only saving grace was the server… he was extremely friendly and personable, however, service was abysmally slow. 25 min to get drinks, 45 min for appetizers. Halibut was tiny and overcooked, tasted like tilapia. Everything else was decent but nothing special. Definitely won’t be back

What a gem in the heart of Castle Rock. I was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and care put into the cocktails here. The old fashioned with Michter’s bourbon was simple and divine. The Crumble Butter with a brown butter fat wash — served with a brown butter cookie! — was an absolute show stopper. Just phenomenal and a must-order every time I go back. Highly recommend!

Came in an hour before close on Saturday night. One of the bartenders seemed inebriated and maybe that’s why service was a lil off. We weren’t acknowledged by the bartenders for a bit. The bar back was nice enough to get our first drink orders. My second drink order was actually given to the wrong person at first by said inebriated bartender even though I had ordered it from him minutes before. It was a lil weird. The bar wasn’t even that busy. Was def an off night.

Ambiance is nice here for sure. My husband and I sat at the bar. I ordered the dirty vodka martini and it was amazing, it was the best dirty martini l’ve ever had! My husband got the high fashioned which was also great. Josh the bartender did an amazing job on our drinks. We look forward to coming back.

One of my all time favorite bars, especially for after dinner drinks! The decor, the ambience, the dark colors and candle light make this high end cocktail lounge feel intimate and cozy! The hand crafted cocktails are seriously divine! I love all of the cocktails that I’ve tried, but my all time favorite is the meringue! It tastes like dessert in a glass! The one down size, is that they are always busy, so be prepared to wait. And sometimes the service can be slow when the restaurant is packed. But those are small prices to pay for a great cocktail in a bar with a great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Dinner at Provisions is new. We like to go here so we thought we would invite some of our friends to share in the new dinner experience. The menu was small, my halibut for $42 was 2”squared. With maybe 3/4 cup of rice. Our friends filet salad had 4 little pieces of meat and the rest of the salad was left untouched as she said it had no flavor. My wife’s grilled cheese was greasy and had that grill taste. No very appealing. Great place for drinks just not for dinner. We spent nearly $500 and definitely did not get our money’s worth.

Been here a few times and love it. Definitely make a reservation in advance. Everyone is super friendly and classy, and the food is so good, I love the grilled cheese. Lots of different kinds of drinks to choose from too. I usually sit at a table where the chairs are so comfortable but the bar is really nice as well, and great service on top of all of that.

There are absolutely NO WORDS to beat everything about this delightful craft cocktail lounge! I cannot begin to explain how utterly fantastic this place is. Their motto, “Refreshment for the journey ahead” fits extremely well with them. I felt so relaxed, refreshed, and happy here. They have an excellent selection of libations. Food was beyond tasty. The service was amazing. Our bartender was Tyler was a whiz making everything that was asked of him, especially when he made a double pour! For food, we had the charcuterie board, short rib tacos, wagyu cheeseburger, and ended with my favorite dessert, crème brûlée ! Plenty of couches and sitting areas, with little tables for drinks.
