Saturday 4/5/2025 I order a cheese pizza pull apart cinnamon bread, along with breadsticks to go,
after paying with the credit card at the location, took them 30 minutes to prepare my order then they screwed up my breadsticks,
made a complaint to store manager named Jess. She was super nasty and told me she will not refund $7.99 for the breadsticks.
called the police to make a report and filed a complaint on 800 number for Papa Johns
I will never do business at this location nor Papa Johns anymore!

DO NOT order from this location. They took my order with an estimated 30 minute delivery time. I got the app notification that it was out for delivery but the tracker just stayed stuck at the store. No one will answer the phone there. I called a corporate number and had them call the store manager and they still didn’t answer. They also changed the order status so I couldn’t cancel. The pizza took 1.5 hours, it spent over an hour “out for delivery” when it was a five minute distance, we couldn’t cancel or get updates because they don’t answer the phone. Ordered a Dominoes and already received it when the Papa John’s finally showed up. It was ice cold and pitiful, a frozen pizza looked better. This is not the first time for this location. Still can’t get anyone to answer about a refund. Don’t order from here.

The first time the delivery guy left my pizza on the floor at the door. Tonight the delivery guy acted as if he couldn’t see at night and did not know how to use GPS to find my residence. As I was on the phone trying to walk him here. Papa John’s has to do better than this. And yet they gave me my money back but no one tried to give me a credit either time. I will be calling corporate on the Irondale location.

Had a wonderful pizza experience today! I live out of town, but I wanted to order a pizza to be delivered to my dad. I accidentally put in the wrong address for the delivery, but the driver called me and was very kind in trying to figure out the correct address. He was patient and understanding. I will be ordering more pizza from this Papa John’s thanks to a great experience today

The confirmation email said it would take 25 minutes to deliver. 75 minutes later we decided to take a walk to look around because it showed the delivery driver was at our home. We found the delivery driver in the parking lot of a restaurant near our home. She was busy playing on her phone. We interrupted her phone time, how rude of us, and gave her instructions on how to find our house since she was on the wrong road. We walked back to our house and it took another 5 minutes before we could see her car. She parked down the street from us and went back to her phone. We walked to her car to collect the pizza since we were now closer to home. We couldn’t call the store because it was after hours. The driver had our number, but never called despite being “lost”. The pizza was cold, and the whole experience was very unpleasant.
