Service was great. Friendly and attentive. Food was just OK. Pizza did not have massive crust to make you feel like it was just half a pizza surrounded by bread sticks but the flavor and texture was nothing to brag about. Wings were disappointing; Buffalo sauce was good but garlic-parm was unpleasantly sour and the wings had no texture. No crunch or crispiness, just soggy and overcooked. We will give them another try but probably not for a while. When the same order from Nello’s in Bristol is $25 cheaper and tastes better its hard to justify.

NOW, the pizza was good, not greasy, had good amount of toppings And sauce. The salad was fresh and good! We also received a free small cheese pizza because we spent over 35,$
The pizza was much better than when we first t tried. Give them another try! Also the place was very clean!

Pizza delivered on time and hot. Much improved from from when they first took it over. Very generous on toppings and well cooked. If disappointed in the past give them another try. They have stepped up their game.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered a traditional pepperoni pizza and a brick oven pepperoni pizza. The traditional had a thick crust, no crisp on the bottom, very good sauce and a good amount of cheese. Great flavor on this one. The brick oven had a crisp on the crust but strangely wasn’t as flavorful. Not sure if it was less sauce or something else. A wonderful young lady was running the front and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.2.

I did not realize they switched ownership. I ordered a veggie supreme pizza. It was missing the toppings clearly listed in their description. I asked for it well done. It was soggy. I am really disappointed. They use to have the best veggie pizza. This was my second poor experience. Time to move on.

Great pies, well cooked, at a very fair price these days. We got a pepperoni/sausage and mushroom/onion and both were very good and exceeded expectations. We’ll come back next time we’re in town.

Ordered two pizzas one Pepperoni and another with Pepperoni and Mushrooms. Pizza was super greasy! Like a ridiculous amount of grease had to pat it down with a napkin, and the sauce was really sweet hate to say didn’t enjoy the food very much. Although The delivery driver and the person who took our order were really friendly and food got here reasonably fast good service

2 pizzas at Papa Ginos is the same price as 2 large, 1 small and 1 sandwich at Balasco’s. I will NEVER eat Papa’s again. Quality and quantity is SO much better here. My new go to pizza place!
