I had such a wonderful experience at Bollywood Indian Bistro. The food is absolutely delicious and reminds me of true Indian home cooking. The curries are rich and flavorful, the biryani is perfectly cooked, and the appetizers are fresh and crispy. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. My girlfriends and I dined recently on a Saturday, early evening. The place quickly filled with hungry diners. I recommend trying the different nonalcoholic drinks on the menu! The salt one is amazing! I loved our food so much I ordered more to eat at home next day. Naan is perfect. Service very friendly. I am so happy we have Indian food in Brunswick! I’ll definitely be back often!

I eat a LOT of Indian food and this was easily the best I’ve ever tried. I ordered the fish tikka and the shrimp korma with garlic Naan. The fish was so beautifully spiced and went so well with a little lemon. The shrimp korma sauce was very robust and I enjoyed dipping the Naan into it after. The Naan itself was perfect. The staff were all very kind and i really appreciated how attentive they were. I will absolutely come here again.

Some of the worst Indian I’ve had. Service was fine. The inside is decorated with a bunch of wierd AI images and the menu has a bunch of AI images for the food. If you are too cheap to make an extra portion to take a photo of, what other corners are they willing to cut. Won’t be back.

We tried the l Vegetable Samosa chat & Egg Fried rice — every bite was outstanding. The spice levels were just right, and they are happy to customize it based on your preference.
& don’t forget your Masala Tea please

We went for dinner on their first day open. I knew it was going to be busy so I made a reservation to avoid long waits (thank goodness because they definitely had a long wait). My first impression was that this place is so cute. I love the decor and vibes of the restaurant. It’s not a very big place but they were able to make it cozy. Everybody was so nice. Our server was Cat/Kat (not sure of the spelling). She was so informative, friendly, and helpful. So many employees apologized to us for the wait for our food and checked to make sure we were okay. They all went above and beyond on customer service. We were in no rush at all, we came here expecting to wait. It was nice to slow down and not have a rushed dinner. The food came out after about an hour (which again, it was expected especially for their first night). We all loved it and the portions were the
perfect size. Even my picky toddler loved her food and wants to go back soon. We spent our drive home talking about what dishes we are going to order on our next visit. So overall, 10/10. A wonderful edition to Brunswick and I can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely dinner at Bollywood Indian Bistro. It being our first time, we decided sample from their extensive menu. For appetizers, we got the Pani Puri, Onion Pakoda and the Cauliflower Manchurian. All were delicious with a bit of spice to them. For entrees, my wife got the Aloo Gobi Masala and I got the Desi Goat Curry. Both were fantastic. For those who are plant-based, Bollywood has many vegan choices, all clearly marked.

Freshly made food. We landed up at this restaurant after a long journey and it was so consoling to have some decent Indian food. The new waitress, a young American girl, was extremely kind and sensitive and we truly appreciated chatting with her. The owner’s wife who is from Gujarat was equally kind and service-minded. On the whole we felt glad that we went to this restaurant which I believe is the only one of its kind in this town.
