Screw this place and get good food somewhere else. This establishment is an absolute joke and unorganized!! Placed an online order a day in advance, show up for pickup time and I’m checked in waiting for my order, finally after waiting 25 minutes, I inquire about what’s taking so long and I’m told there’s a 40 minute wait time!! Totally unacceptable when you have traveled an hour for your 4:00 orders and have family waiting in the vehicle. I hope this place gets shutdown soon, this place is a complete disaster of a joke!

Very disappointed in the quality of service. Not the first time having issues with service. The wait time seam to be longer and longer. Had to ask the status of my order after it showed ready on the board. Was told it would be another 8min. Had to wait for them to make 2 chicken tenders. Rest of the food was lukewarm. Will not recommend and will not be returning. Also no trash can in the dining area.

My experience with service and food quality was excellent. This was my first visit. It was a Thursday night around 7pm. They were busy! I ordered online and the food was ready when I arrived (as promised by the email confirmation) They are designed for takeout mostly but do have few seats with tables. I like the many choices for meals and sides. We ordered 4 crispy tenders and 15 boneless (Original hot). Excellent taste and just the right “burn”. The side carrots and celery were perfect (crisp&cold). The place is clean and it was bustling.

Ordered 150 classic wings with a variety of flavors for my daughters birthday party for 12/6 @245pm. I MUST acknowledge the freshness, accuracy, and deliciousness of this large order! I see the negative reviews and I’m sure some of them hold some weight. But I’ve only had negative Wingstop experiences and tonight was my only good Wingstop experience. I live about an hour away from this location so I knew my wings wouldn’t be fresh. But when I got home, my wings tasted fantastic and the quality that they were cooked to was perfection. I loved three of my four flavors more than anything and I can say despite the negative reviews around this place, I will totally be back. Also, the gentleman who gave me a free drink for my weight of 15 minutes was beyond the nicest person I dealt with in retail in a while. I think this locations negative reviews are actual haters because this was amazing.

Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. $15 for 8 small chunks of lukewarm chicken, flavorless blue cheese, and since they had no fries available at all, some celery. I feel like a combo without fries isn’t really a combo – should’ve been a discount for that honestly. There isn’t much value here unfortunately.

Stopped in at Wingstop to enjoy the hype. Got the classic garlic Parm wings they were crunchy, which is how I like it but really, no flavor could not taste garlic or Parm or it just tasted like oil. The fries were awful. They were very hot, but they were soggy walked into place an order it took about 20 minutes for my food to be done, and there was only one other person ahead of me in line at the store, not sure how their mobile orders come in or if that somehow affected my service they had about 10 employees in the kitchen area three of which I could see working and four more supervising. floor felt a little greasy when you walked in not as good as I thought it was gonna be.

The guy at the counter was very nice and gave us a discount. However, my food was not good. Got the lemon pepper dry rub tenders and the flavoring was oily and gross and it gave my stomach a terrible reaction. The fries were okay, seasoning was a bit of an overkill honestly. My daughter’s was better than mine, she got the mild but still weird oily texture but taste was only okay. Prices were okay with discount but I don’t think I would be back. Seeing the bad reviews, don’t understand how this place manages to stay busy.

At least they let you know it is a solid 50 minutes to complete your on-line order. The quality of the wings was good. Of the Mild Buffalo, BBQ and hot honey, we liked the hot honey the best. Carrot sticks were chunky and the ranch dressing was the best. Prices weren’t outrageous, either.
