Me and a couple friends came by for the espresso martini week. Really nice menu to give a variety of things to try. We love to pass around our drinks so everybody gets some. We sat right at the bar and it wasn’t too loud, it was fun to watch them mix drinks, and everybody was friendly. We loved the vibe.

Very chill place! A must to check out. Rated only 4 stars due to it being so cold and not being able to enjoy or experience the patio.
Drinks are excellent. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Wine suggestions are on point. Full bar, local beers and even NA mocktails for those not imbibing. No one is left out.
Food is limited but very good! We enjoyed the meat and cheese board. More than enough for 2, very sharable for a small group.
The atmosphere is very cool and vintage.

Stopped by for Boise’s 3rd annual Espresso Martini week, and let me tell you. Ocho’s has at eight variations on the Espresso Martini and the Italian Death Metal version was the best thing I’ve had to drink in a very long time.
The ambiance of the old building is amazing and the bartenders are friendly and funny.

I went for the Friday dance lesson, which was $15 cover. It was a great deal and awesome class and place to learn in. There is open dancing afterward, which was fun to watch. Theb kitchen closed at 9 pm, so nothing to eat after the class, but they kindly suggested that the taco place next door was still open and I could bring food back, which was appreciated. They have a wide variety of inventive cocktails and good staff.

I love Ochos: the drinks, the historic character of the building, the cozy atmosphere, the sweet patio, the friendly welcoming staff & owners, and especially the dance floor. Boise is lucky to have such a wonderful space for the dance community, with several different kinds of dancing to choose from on different nights.

Ochos has a stunning patio that complement their drinks. My drink that I had was delicious and well balanced.

Dancing! An amazing patio! Creative and fun drinks! I love this place.
It won’t be a secret for long, one of Boise’s best places to grab a drink and catch up with friends.
Yes, there’s dancing. Watch for those nights if you’re into it. If not, the dancing is on the second level and the experience on the main floor is unaffected.

The yummiest cocktails located in the heart of downtown Boise! Loved the ambience and the beautiful outdoor patio space! Cool vibes!

A very cozy nook in the downtown area.
First time there.
It bills itself as a wine/cocktail bar.
Was rather impressed with the variety of wines on display.
It isn’t a large dance floor ,the music and atmosphere are designed for dancing with a partner. A lot of Latin music combined with some R&B.
I’d say a really good option for couples seeking someplace a bit more romantic after dinner.

I didn’t have food but rated them on their very unique cocktails. Very fun vibe downstairs in a historic yet well updated downstairs but upstairs was the very best part!! We were in from out of town and thought “why they heck not take salsa dance lessons? We don’t know anyone here.” Thomas the instructor did such a great job making everyone feel comfortable and have fun. We actually feel like we learned a lot already and hope we can find a place to continue dancing when we get back home. HIGHLY recommend the dancing upstairs!
