It was a Friday at 7pm. I would imagine it would be a popular time, as most places would anticipate.
The building was ready to find, located in the old Pizza Hut in Pulaski. Sign is clearly seen for those unfamiliar with area.
Drive thru order and drive-thru area was nice.
When I pulled up to order there was no one in line. The young man informed me that nothing was prepared, though they had some wings ready if I wanted that. I was a bit surprised with the day and time that some pizzas weren’t ready but that just meant mine would be fresh. He informed me that if I wanted to order a pepperoni pizza that it would be a 45 min wait. Again, I was surprised. That’s quite the wait. I agreed that I would return. I came back within 15 mins to sit in parking area, as I didn’t want to waste gas just driving around. When I pulled up, both young men that were working were outside the front door smoking and talking. They were out there around 10 mins. I knew that no one was inside preparing food so I continued to wait. I can only hope that both young men washed their hands. You think it’s a given but one never knows. Had my family not been craving pizza, I wouldn’t have stayed to get any.
After nearly 35 mins, I pulled around to get my order. I tried to lighten the mood, as the window attendee was evidently in a bit of a mood. I made a joke about buying so much sauce that I could’ve bought another pizza instead. He looked at me, turned around, and walked off in a ride manner.
Look, I know places are understaffed. Not because there aren’t people wanting to work but because businesses are not wanting to hire due to increased product costs…but things are getting ridiculous. Either this place needs a better manager or more employees.
Pizza and bread sticks were hot and tasty, as my family was satisfied. Everything looked well-prepared and handled.
I am giving the 3 stars for readiness and lack of customer service/care.

Horrible food and service a few times. Food can be half decent if you go at the right time of day, but I’ve had too many bad experiences to give any stars at all.

We had a bad storm on Sunday, May 26,2024, and it knocked out all the power in my area, and the kids waited crazy puffs from little Caesars. I ordered (4) boxes of them with (4) sauce, I picked them up and returned home it’s still storm like crazy unpack them and what do I see I only have (3) sauce, my kids start eating the puffs and one is saying dad there is no cheese in them and them one of my other kids come and show me it’s only Bread with cheese on top no meat and some was over cooked.
Now, if it was not a storm, I would have taken all of it back, but do to the whether I just don’t with it.
But I see they are back up to their bad shenanigans. I will return to Domino’s.

This might be the worst Little Caesars in the chain. I’ve been a few times now and not only do they never have their hot and ready pizzas ready to go when you order, But twice they have lost my order completely and I had to go in for it. When you order at the window you can expect to be handed a little buzzer pager thing…. Get comfortable in their parking lot because you’re going to be there for a while

Ordered 7 pizzas and they were all good. The cons: they don’t have to go paper or plastic plates, no plastic ware, and I didn’t get any grated cheese or red pepper. I asked for plates and plastic ware and that was a hard no. The cheese and pepper I did not ask them for. I spent right at $100 and left a cash tip. I think they should have plastic ware and plates. If you are getting pizzas to go, that doesn’t mean you are eating at home. If you want lunch, or to split a pizza with a friend, or feed a group of people working hard like I was, LITTLE CEASARS SHOULD HAVE PLASTIC WARE AND DISPOSABLE PLATES…. Especially with the increase in the prices.

I came at 8:50pm for some wings and was told it would be a 30 minute wait which was fine I just really wanted wings. I came back and got told the employee who took my order had clocked out and never put the order in. They were closing in 30 minutes by the time i had came back and they refused to make the order or any kind of accommodation. I left very disappointed and wasted my time waiting for imaginary food thanks

Everytime….EVERYTIME…. I stop here, food is never ready, never hot… I have tried multiple times to give them a chance. Tonight and the last time I ordered…. they told me 10 to 12 mins and gave me the little beeper thing. My beeper goes off, I go to the window…. AND MY FOOD IS NOT READY!!! Go back to the parking lot wait another 10mins, beeper goes off. I go to the window, and the food is not hot or fresh!!!! Employee’s are just laughing at me, and everything smells like pot!!! So so so unprofessional!!!! I can not in good faith ever go back to this one. The big big big dogs need to come to this store and see how bad it is and how customers are being treated!!!

I Ordered a deep dish pan pizza at 544pm and was told it would be ready for pick up in 15 min. When I arrived at 615 pm the guy told me it hasn’t been made yet not to mention the was another person ahead of me waiting also. I ended up waiting until about 7pm and come to find out my pizza was misplaced and put into a different oven. There were about 5 other customers with the same issue and wait time. I know I watched about 20 hot n ready pizza get made while I was waiting. When they have call in orders they need to tell customers the accurate wait time on when the order will be ready instead of customers waiting for over an hour and upset. Get it together! This place is unorganized and the communication is horrible!

Got food poisoning from this place. Food was undercooked ants crawling on the floor and nays circling the lobby. Order took 20 minutes. Rap music blaring. Homeless guy in the parking lot talking to himself begged for money otw out worst experience I’ve had in my life.
