They are never open when they are supposed to be. Their food has extremely inconsistent quality. I have had some great subs and subs that are worse than week old left overs. Definitely just an afterthought for Alianos next door.

Went to the concert in the park last night and ordered some sandwiches to go. They said they were out of meatballs but would have more in a few. It took 45 minutes to get my order. Meatballs were not even hot and could tell sauce had been sitting a long time as it had burnt taste. To top it off we also ordered a sausage sandwich in which was not made with the toppings that was ordered.

Awesome sandwich shop in downtown East Dundee. Everything we’ve tried on the menu has been great. Get the pasta salad as your side when you order a sandwich, it’s delicious. You can also order ahead online on their website if you don’t want to wait.

Not sure how they do it but expect them to take a solid 20-30 minutes to make you a cold sandwich, it’s almost impressive how long they are able to stretch out the process.

Just placed an online pickup order, they charged my card and got a confirmation email and everything. Go to get it, and they were fully closed at 12:30pm, over two hours after they should have opened.

Great sandwich place I like to go to, but they are always closed when they say they should be open. I try and go for lunch during work and their door is locked.
