I have always loved the convenience of Scooters drive through and enjoy being able to stop for coffee on my way to work. I haven’t loved the food options for breakfast but have never reviewed that part before, but after my visit this morning I decided it was time. We ordered our coffee (no complaints there – hot and prepared to our liking) but the ham and cheddar breakfast sandwiches were a hot mess… literally. I don’t know if they were left in the microwave too long or if it’s just the cheap cheese used – it had melted out into the bag and even after letting it cool was dripping off the sandwich. It was like cheez whiz consistency and by the time we were able to eat the sandwich there was not much left. When I am looking for breakfast with my coffee I won’t be stopping here, if I need a quick bite with coffee in the morning I don’t have time to make two stops. I will have to go up the street and sacrifice drive thru convenience to stop at the competition when I am looking for both.

Big thanks to Scooters for sending me free coffee coupons in the mail. You’re right across the street from me, but I never stopped by until I decided to use your coupon. I’ve learned to make my own coffee, so I don’t frequent coffee shops like I did in my 20s, but Scooters is on my list of recommendations!

Okay coffee. I got a latte, and I could tell the espresso wasn’t very strong. But it was a very good latte. Prices were all pretty reasonable.

I stopped through for the first time at 4:05 pm on July 6th and the two ladies working there gave far and away the best customer service I have gotten in a long time! Sadly I didn’t catch their names, but hoping their management sees this, they deserve a raise!

Great coffee just as good as Starbucks only cheaper that one’s in my book also I had my chihuahua with me and they even gave him a cup of whipped cream with a dog bone in it he ate everything but the dog bone haha thank you scooters you’re a A+ Plus in my book

NOV 12TH AT 8:45 AM I ordered and realized afterwards that I didn’t have my wallet. The man at the window was AMAZING! They covered the bill and said no worries! Rockstar service. So awesome to have a friendly local coffee shop feel from a drive thru chain. I will continue being a loyal Johnston Scooters customer.

The employees here have been nice, so no reflection on them. But I’ve found Scooter’s coffee to be not that great and (in my opinion) quite over-priced. Also, the last time I was overcharged on my drink and have contacted the corporate help email twice with no response.
