Waiting 12 mins in drive-thru for a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Went inside and employee mouthed negative remarks walking away because I told her how long I had been waiting. Left and checked my order at the light and they forgot my hashbrown . Not happy with them today.

I find that when I, like they want you to do, order from the kiosk it takes longer to get my food than if I were rung up at the counter. I have seen 3 orders taken at the counter filled before mine taken at the kiosk and I ordered mine 5 minutes before the first counter order was placed! The employees are usually very pleasant.

Went there ordered food pull up got told to pull to the next window since I was using a card.. went to the next window got pulled forward again. Waited about five mins or so got my food and left. Grabbed some fries and they were luke warm at beat. Burgers were cold enough not even to melt the cheese you think for paying 17 dollars for would at least be hot not cool. They had enough employees running around in there.

This is the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a long time. Service was really quick (under 4 minutes from order to pickup), food was perfectly prepared and we were back on the road in under 5 minutes. That’s how you do fast food.

Honestly the worst fast food establishment in the area, never expect your order to be complete at this place, food tastes terrible and is thrown into the bag, save your gas and money! I’d rather drive to Edenton to get a McDonald’s meal.
