Sad. It was good the other time I went there. Tonight I ordered a well done peperoni and cheese pizza. I drive towards New Sudbury prior to attempting to have a piece. It does not really seem well done and they cut the pizza properly. Pathetic. If I wasn’t far away I would be going back to demand a refund or new (well done and properly cut) pizza!

After getting home and warming up + fully cutting the pizza slices I was able to enjoy the pizza which tasted good.
This is why I decided to change the 1 star review I made and upgrade it to a 3 star review.
One of the things that annoys and frustrates me the most is trying to eat a pizza and the slices are 60% cut through. At least if you are home you can simply solve the issue but when trying to eat on the road it is extremely frustrating.

Great pizza! Love it, hidden gem can’t beat their prices. They do need to put more effort into cutting the pizza, not very even. But that said I keep going back! UPDATE…On Valentine’s Day ’24 I called and asked for a heart shaped pizza and they did an awesome job with it! Love this place!

I lt feels silly to give 5 stars to a pizza company in the corner of a strip mall, but this is, my FAVOURITE PIZZA in the actual world. I live about 2000km away now, but when I come home in the summers or at Christmas, I ALWAYS stop in for a slice. Ordering a pizza is good too, but there is just something about the slices in their hot case window. Its the right size, thickness, right amount of cheese and other toppings…. it just has such an awesome texture. I understand that there are many things that are used to grade the quality of pizza, and I dont care about any of them

I had 2 large Cheese and pepperoni pizzas on Halloween and They were really good not just that the service was amazing and the food was done really quick so overall I’d rate it a 4.5 out of 5 stars

There is a large sign on the window advertising “slices all day, every day,” yet the last three times I either went in person or called between 5:00–6:00 p.m. (prime supper hours), there were no single slices available, and I was told they would not be making any more.
This is not near closing time it is during dinner hours. If you are not actually offering slices during supper, the sign should be removed because this is FALSE advertising. I rarely go here, but every single time I do, there are no slices available.

Been eating here for years. I’ve never eaten at a place that is SO hit and miss in my life. I know what this place is capable of, I’ve had plenty of delicious pizzas from here over the years. I’ve also had plenty of horrible pizza experiences as well. Last night sadly was another miss. The crust was paper thin this time and barely any sauce again (when my order was placed for extra sauce). I guess it really depends on who it is that makes your pizza.

Guy thru my pizza out of frustration on counter. And let it sit for 10 mins then let me take it. I didn’t think it was mine but it was. Honestly I’ll go back because the pizza is real good and there panzorotti’s are pretty good. Probably a frustrating night.

I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for many years, however, on August 09, 2024, in the early evening, I encountered an unsatisfactory experience with my order of two extra large pizzas. The quality of the crust was severely lacking, resembling cardboard in both taste and texture. It was exceptionally thin and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. As a result, I will be refraining from making further purchases for the foreseeable future, but may consider returning at a later date. What a waste of $50.
