Our Go-To Spot for Fresh, Delicious Sushi!
This restaurant has become our favorite sushi destination! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with welcoming smiles from the staff, and even the chefs take the time to greet customers—such a nice personal touch! Whether dining in or taking out, the staff gives careful attention to every detail.
The food is consistently fresh and delicious, with beautiful presentation that shows the care they put into every dish. We’ve discovered a new favorite—the Santa Roll—and we’re hoping it becomes a permanent menu item! The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a meal. Between the excellent food and outstanding service, we couldn’t ask for more right here in our beloved Washington. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be repeat customers!

Masa sushi is my go to sushi place. All of the sushi is fresh & delicious, the Philly roll is one of my favorites! Also their honey green tea is honestly one of my favorite drinks ever! The service is wonderful, everyone is so sweet and so accommodating. If you get takeout, they always give you plenty of soy sauce for dipping! And if you dine in, you won’t regret it. Such a beautiful little place to get a nice lunch or dinner. I’d recommend masa sushi to anyone!

We were visiting our daughters and wanted sushi for dinner. Mama Sushi was close by and our dinner was great. The choices are extensive and everything we had was fresh and tasty. The service was outstanding.

My lunch was disgusting. There were 2 pieces of tuna sushi with some kind of sinewy stuff underneath and when I tried to chew it I wretched in the kitchen garbage can. The other item was a lunch offering of shrimp and vegetable tempura with rice and salad. The garden salad was a handful of iceberg lettuce thrown in a container. It came with dressing, so I added my own tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Next- the “tempura” consisted of 2 shrimp sticks heavily loaded with breading and fried, and 3 little pieces of broccoli heavily breaded and 1 piece of thin sweet potato cut in half, breaded, fried. A total insult to my intelligence, and a rip off. Tempura is supposed to be a delicate batter. It came with a cup of white rice, and soy sauce. I had to pay an extra $1.25 for a tiny container of some kind of mayonnaise sauce. The container the sauce came in: you may have been able to fit three small green olives in it. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER. I would like my money refunded.

I ordered chicken tempura and when it came out, it wasn’t tempura breading that was on it. It tasted and looked like it was Italian breading crumb seasoning. It deff wasn’t panko/tempura. The mango on the golden roll was delicious. Server was very attentive and nice though. Food didn’t sit quite right in the tummy.

Terrible, if you’re craving sushi in the Washington area, get it from ShopRite, this place is BAD. We got simple rolls like such salmon, tuna, yellowtail. The fish mixtures were thick and tasteless, almost puréed like. Small portions of ginger and wasabi, nothing seemed fresh, the ginger and lettuce was tinged brown. The pork dumplings were the only thing we ordered that weren’t terrible. All around disappointing and will never order from here again

ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM YEARS AGO.
I’ve had grocery store sushi before, and this is by far the worst sushi I’ve ever had. We purchased 4 special rolls and some other items totaling about $60, but the meal was worth $30. I’ve never been so disappointed with a to go order before. The rolls were mostly made of rice and vegetable, the fish smelled and tasted like it wasn’t fresh, the shrimp tempura was dry and overcooked, and the “spicy mayo” was all mayo with no flavor. They didn’t even include chopsticks, wasabi, ginger, anything in the order. I went here years ago and drove out of town to go here, but never again. This is NOT a sushi location. They sell food for top dollar but cut corners to sell the cheapest rolls possible. See my photos for yourself and ask yourself if you’d consider these “special” $15 rolls worth it.

Went to dinner with my husband. We were the only people in the restaurant and it’s a Friday. I believe they do a good take out business, though.
The service was good but the food left a lot to be desired. The miso soup was very watery. And the servings of sushi and sashimi were undersized.
The decorations on the plates were pretty with lights…. but I would have rather they put more effort into the food. No wine or saki… bring your own.
