Service was ok

Go with a good appetite to enjoy lot of food
Dinner is slightly on the pricier side , but not complaining about it.

Food selections for dinner are good. The appetizers , condiments , fruits and sauces bar is worth the money

Better quality ingredients , vegetables , seafood items and meats. Shrimp was large and fresh

The hotpot broths were very flavorful. Ginger and garlic added subtle flavors The broths didn’t taste like they came from a carton.

A good dining experience to have with family. May have to be extra careful with little children at the hot table.

The restrooms were clean.

Excellent! Huge space! Lots of tables. Love the sauces available. I had the spicy szechuan soup base….so good but so spicy. I love all the veggies and noodles and dumplings and meats to put in the soup and the Korean bbq options are so good.

Tried KPOT solo for the first time—great experience! The food was fresh, service was excellent, & cooking at the table was fun.
Huge thanks to Erina L. for making the visit outstanding. She was friendly, helpful, & went above & beyond. Highly recommend asking for her if you go. I’ll definitely be back!

Its all you can eat, the experience is fun and the service is great. I would have given additional stars if I didn’t have to keep opening tiny butter packets to put on the grill for the food to cook. I asked for a cup of butter, they said they only had the packets and you cant use oil. It just takes away from the experience a bit.
Overall I had a great time.

My server was great—friendly and attentive—but I’m giving 3 stars because the food took way too long to come out. I visited during a late lunch, so the restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet each order took at least 15 minutes. Also, the portion sizes felt off: the meat dishes were pretty small, while the vegetable orders were huge. The overall experience was just okay.

Always a fun time at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot! But the service from Daniel this past Monday was definitely amazing! He was very kind and attentive and I enjoyed the comedic atmosphere he was providing for the table. Looking forward to my next visit!

We meet another couple for a dinner experience at KPOT. My wife and I never been, but the other couple been before.

They told us that we will be cooking our own food. Now, this caught me off guard. “I’m paying to cook my own food at a restaurant.”

The food was GREAT… because we seasoned it to our liking. This being said, I’m pretty sure if the restaurant was to cook and season our food, it would have been good.

Food came out very quickly once your entered it on the tablet.

Definitely coming back!!!!

The only issue I had was the chocolate martini. It was very disappointing. They ran out of whipped cream and the drink looked a mess. The server did return after I merit.

Been to kpot in different state before which I loved.

Tried this location late evening weekend before Thanksgiving with friends from NC.

Drinks never refilled without asking despite waitresses stopping by several times only asking if we needed more meat.

Received meats we never even ordered

Then they couldn’t even wait for us get up from the table to clean it making us feel rushed out (was 9:30pm at the time when they don’t close til 10:30) it was not busy either so no reason we needed to rush out (we were finishing our drinks before leaving)

Food was great. Service and respect were not.

This place I have so many things I could say about. Below are my pros and cons:
1) I love that each table comes with ventilation and lighting. That way, you can actually see what you’re looking at when you are cooking the food
2) Our server was fantastic, and the food was always brought out immediately. They made sure that we were taken care of and that there was anything we needed help with they were always there. Most hot pot places take forever to get the food, but this was not the case
3) If you bring in a Kroger receipt, you get 10% off your meal, which was a nice surprise.
4) All the food was very fresh

Cons:
1) Their gluten-free broth was pretty tasteless. I appreciate that they at least have one on the menu, but out of all the hot pot places that I have been to, this is that car the worst broth I have had. Since their food is delicious, I think they can do better
2) I felt like the portioning of the meats that were offered was weirdly portion. Some had very little meats and some had a lot. I would prefer there to be less on the plate that way we didn’t feel stressed or waste food. If this is common with hot pot, especially they’re sliced meats so it is not a major concern

Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I would come back here if we lived closer.
