Always correct on the order, usually they have it ready for me by the time I am there 15 minutes later. they have a drive through windows if you prefer minimum contact, or a very small dining area to wait while you pick up the pizza. Wouldn’t recommend dine in, but it’s possible to do. Pizza is well done and of the quality I expect from Pizza Hut.

Made ann order that they messed up with the price and what was supposed to have on the pizza. Then the manager “RON” had the balls to get upset and try to blame me!! Won’t be back because of RON. I get that it’s busy and they are frustrated, but don’t be like that RON! Customers deserve better!

I went to four Pizza huts today define one that is dine in. It was the one on highway 40 across from Hy-Vee
Imagine my glee when I go inside and find their salad bar is empty and non-functional and their drink machine is also down. Talking to the highly informed young lady over the counter, she tells me they’re working to bring the salad bar back up anytime. I said you mean this evening? She said no no it’s been down since covid but they’re working hard to bring it back. Unfortunately this is the type of scenario you find every place you go anymore. My chemistry studies taught me that the world is trending towards entropy or chaos. That’s certainly seems to be the case all around us anymore no matter what it is you’re talking about

We did not receive our order. We called twice. They assured us it was on the way. It was not. When we requested a refund over the phone we were lied to and told the manager was busy with another order. Upon arrival we were told there was no manager we would have to wait until the next day for our undelivered pizza. Guess if we’ll ever order from this store again.

For two weeks in a row now I have been missing part of my delivery order. Pizza Hut is the only pizza place that delivers to my house. But if I’m never going to get my full order I’ll go somewhere else. I might as well if I have to go out of my way to pick up pizza anyway.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent experience I had with a Pizza Hut order. On Monday, I took advantage of the promotion offering 2 large pizzas for $25. Additionally, I added 8 boneless wings to the order, totaling approximately $65. However, upon delivery, I discovered that one of the large pizzas was missing from the order.

Upon informing the delivery driver of the error, I was met with significant resistance in resolving the issue. The driver attempted to contact the manager, who repeatedly hung up on him and refused to provide a refund or any other solution. Despite offering to drive to the store to rectify the situation, I was met with further disrespect and unprofessional behavior from the manager upon arrival.

Not only was the manager rude and dismissive, but she also made disparaging remarks about my ability to afford the food, which was completely uncalled for. Furthermore, my request to speak with her superior, who I believe is named “Elizabeth,” was denied. The entire staff’s lack of professionalism and disrespect towards me as a customer was truly appalling.

Ultimately, I did not receive ANY OF THE FOOD I ORDERED nor a refund for the incomplete order. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I am now compelled to express my intention to never order from Pizza Hut again.

I sincerely hope that this matter will be addressed promptly and that appropriate action is taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment. I would suggest firing that entire staff, especially the managers.

I would refrain from any business from this location. On 12/02/2024 while entering the business to retrieve my order which advised it was ready, I was told it would be an additional 10-15 min., that was after waiting for approx. 15 mins. As i stood there, I observed presumably the manager standing next to the oven as pizza’s sat waiting to get boxed up and noticed a big cloud of smoke exhaling from this person.

In disbelief, I looked over towards the lady also waiting for her order to see if she saw what I saw, and in fact she did. I then asked the employee to come here so I can speak with him. After conveying my observations to him and asking was he vaping, he initially denied it. After I reiterated that the lady standing next to me also witnessed what he did he admitting to doing it. He also said he was sorry, and that they were getting slammed.

I asked if he was a manager and he said yes. I then proceeded to tell him what he did was unacceptable and he’s dealing with peoples food. This made him very angry and he began arguing with me. After demanding a refund and asking what his name is he refused to provide it. He also refused to provide the district managers name.

One of the employee’s told him to give me a refund which that took roughly 5 mins. As others saw what was going on they left the store, I also told other individuals what I observed before being asked to leave. The pictured manager’s name is Chad. Since this encounter, I’ve contacted corporate and notified the Health Dept. to launch an investigation.

Stay away from this location! This guy was extremely unprofessional, argumentative, and has no place preparing food.

Ordered from here all the time for the past 3 years and never had a single issue. The last 2 orders this past month has taken over 2 hours to get delivered and the pizzas were sub par at best. I don’t know if they had a change in management or what but this place has gone down hill.

I ordered carryout for when they opened. It selected the first available time. Which is 10am. So I placed my order . I arrived at 10:10 to doors locked and no one there. I wait and come at 10:17. They lady opens it and is visibly irritated saying they aren’t open yet. I’m like okay well it says 10am. But that’s fine i can wait until 1030. And she is like well we aren’t going to start making it until 1030. Which would mean I would be sitting there until 1050 1055. I told her okay, and she said so do you want me to just cancel it… and at this point she is already irritated so I don’t trust her with my food. I just Said to cancel it and be done. Please speak with your stores and align your online times google times with what your employees are willing to do. We are done with this store now.
