The 2 out of 3 people I talked to (speaker, window 1, window 2) sounded absolutely miserable. And then when I got to the last window, my shamrock shake wasn’t even filled up. This seems a little suspicious to me since the last couple of McDonald’s I’ve been to have done this exact same thing. I ate the whipped cream off the top, but can we start filling the Shamrock shake to the top of the cup?

Only recently opened, so new building. Not sure if the new layout is standard to new McD’s, but there is limited serving space, limited menu boards. The push is to the online ordering/kiosk. Food was very fresh, service was friendly, store was clean. My order took a bit longer than would be usual to come, but it was very busy in a small restaurant, and I have no complaints. Will be back and would recommend.

VERY SLOW SERVICE, they expect everyone to order online or at the in-store touchscreen menu because NO one is at the in-store register ever… Also, make sure you check your order before you leave! Last time they forgot to give me pancake syrup even though I put it in my online order. So I asked for some in the store, I ended up talking to three employees until one person finally understood what I was asking for. All three people definitely didn’t understand ENGLISH fully…

The food I got was really fresh. My fries were hot and crispy. My burgers weren’t smooshed to death in the wrappers. I only hope it’s not because you’re new. I hope you keep at it. I might be attempted to try your breakfast someday. The Middletown Warwick scared me off with their breakfast. Ever since the Warwick one, put hair in my eggs.
