My wife and I stopped there on our way home to Sheboygan. The woman who greeted us and served us was very warm and friendly. We both had the hot beef sandwich plate which is their specialty. The food was so delicious. All home made ingredients. We took home a piece of their raspberry crumble pie. I’m not a pie guy but I sure would be if I grew up eating pie like that. Great food and great hospitality. Thank you Amber’s Colby cafe. We’ll be back

Amber’s Cafe is the quintessential small town Cafe where the locals all go because it’s warm, welcoming and filled with friends. Yummy home-cooked food which you could with the money you find in your couch cushions. Plus – a big selection on home-made pie every day with coffee that just keeps coming. I love this place and it’s right on the main drive thru Colby- very easy to find. The fish fry on Friday nights is a Wisconsin classic!
