Doing a 34 hour reset here. Couldn’t get the online ordering to work, so went inside to order. They weren’t overly busy, but just steady. I only saw one employee, Jason. He was very polite and professional. They had everything i wanted and it was quick.

Couldn’t get the online ordering and pick-up option to work so I drove in and ordered at the counter. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very polite. Not much of a wait, but they kept the line moving! There were 2 staff working the line and they had a good partnership that made the ordering, assembling, and payment VERY efficient. I would recommend this restaurant to others and I’ll probably be going back soon.

November 8th 2:00pm after a long trip I decided to shut down at this location and grab subway to eat (which wasn’t my first choice) i hear the worker who’s about to take my order tell another worker ” I dont know why people just dont go to McDonald’s” I instantly was turned away. Like as a paying customer why would I want you to make my food as soon as I walked in i hear you say that and when I make mention that you dont want to work. This generation of young people dont like to work and this is completely why its bad service. That worker should not be making food or at a place where people comes in alot

If I could give it negative stars I would. This was the absolutely most disgusting Subway I have ever been to. The food storage containers and between the containers were filthy with something white and fuzzy growing on them. Absolutely nasty. I’m not sure how this place is even allowed to operate. Couldn’t eat there.

One of the nicest, most comfortable dining rooms I’ve seen at any Subway. Everything is clean and in order. Friendly, polite staff. Definitely stop in if you’re in the area and wanna grab a sub.

24 hours according to the sign on the door (Pilot travel center). 0 customers in the store. No bread visible except for pockets… he said it would be > 1 hour until.bread could be ready.. Quite disappointing.

Google maps shows that this place is opened 24 hours and every night on different times they are closed for 1-2 hours. Today they are closed until 3 am. I traveled from about 15 miles to have the sandwich and now have to wait for them to open. May should start looking for something else to eat. As this place is falsely mentioning their times so I guess they don’t care for their customers. In front of me 4 people came and lady just denied to everyone. If you are not going to keep it open 24/7 than kindly change your timings.

Went in on a Sunday night bout 11pm.. the store was steady was only one worker at the time but he was very patient attentive and kind. Store was clean, Ingredients were fresh and the bread was so soft. One of the best tuna subs I’ve had in a while!
