Stopped in for the first time in a few years for lunch. I clearly communicated that I have a gluten allergy and confirmed with the staff that all ingredients in my order were gluten-free. Despite this, I was served a salad that contained gluten. It wasn’t until I went back to double-check—after already taking a few bites—that I was finally told the dish was not actually gluten-free. This was a disappointing and concerning experience.

Amazing chopped salads! They put everything together then dump onto a cutting board. They chop and mix the ingredients and dressing at lightning fast speed. How many times does your dressing not cover your salad? Problem solved when whipped together and popped back in the bowl! Dined at 11:45am on a Tues and the line was to the door but they do get you through fast. It’s actually a cool thing to watch how proficient and speedy the workers are. Insider tip: There’s one line for wraps, hoagies and pizzas and another specifically for salads so watch for that coming in. Only open for lunch and can be tricky to find if you don’t work here and unfamiliar with the buildings/parking ramps but definitely worth the effort for this hidden gem. Look for 8300 tower main level. My favorites are Buffalo (salad or wrap) or Sante Fe salad. Limited seating inside, but plenty outside with a nice view of a little pond.

Great place for lunch. I try to eat here whenever I am in the building. They make pizza on a tight deadline work. It’s fast, cost-efficient, and just good. I love that personal sized-orders can be made within minutes. And the ingredients are fresh and light enough that you don’t feel sluggish the rest of the day. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique pizza experience for lunch.

Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I’ve ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about this place! You cannot go wrong with them.
