Cafe Fusion is a Wood Fired Pizza, Hot Hoagie, Wood Fired Wraps, and Chopped Salad Restaurant. We are located on the first floor of the 8300 Tower in the Normandale Lake Office Park. We are open Monday-Friday for Lunch! We are a family oriented restaurant that strives for delivering tasty eats and quick service. We live for bringing people together through food. Amazing chopped salads! They put everything together then dump onto a cutting board. They chop and mix the ingredients and dressing at lightning fast speed. How many times does your dressing not cover your salad? Problem solved when whipped together and popped back in the bowl! Dined at 11:45am on a Tues and the line was to the door but they do get you through fast. It’s actually a cool thing to watch how proficient and speedy the workers are. Insider tip: There’s one line for wraps, hoagies and pizzas and another specifically for salads so watch for that coming in. Only open for lunch and can be tricky to find if you don’t work here and unfamiliar with the buildings/parking ramps but definitely worth the effort for this hidden gem. Look for 8300 tower main level. My favorites are Buffalo (salad or wrap) or Sante Fe salad. Limited seating inside, but plenty outside with a nice view of a little pond.

Great place for lunch. Excellent wood fired pizzas, sandwiches, plus hoagies, wraps, and salads. Service is always super friendly and prompt. Nice indoor seating overlooking a pond, with an outdoor patio for warmer months. Accesed via the Normandale Lake office buildings skyway system. Free parking in the office tower ramps.

It was easy to order inline. It was easy to pickup. Services was a10 with friendliness, timeliness and accuracy. We ordered 4 different types of pizza and two different salads. We finished with a variety of cookies and a brownie. The food was excellent. The portion size was ideal and the taste was very good. We highly recommend Cafe Fusion! Easy with great service and taste!

Great place for lunch. I try to eat here whenever I am in the building. They make pizza on a tight deadline work. It’s fast, cost-efficient, and just good. I love that personal sized-orders can be made within minutes. And the ingredients are fresh and light enough that you don’t feel sluggish the rest of the day. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique pizza experience for lunch.

I used to come here quite a bit pre-pandemic and our office being closed, and the employees were always friendly and the food was always great. I ordered pizza for pick up yesterday, and nothing has changed! Everything was ready when they said it would be and more importantly, the food was fresh and high quality, the employees had their same great positive attitudes, and the service was excellent.
